In recent chromeOS environment, this app can no longer send scanned files/photos to other apps like gmail,.. Only save to local drive is available
never find the device; I have a cannon P208II which is on the supported list, yet unfortunately my tablet never picks it up. This device de facto has sooo many software issues even on my mac (took them super long time to give the 64 bit driver, which makes this machine useless until 64bit driver came out). In short, sofware support is tragic, I am never gonna buy any cannon device again
This app WORKS with the specific scanners listed. If your device is not listed, it doesn't work with it. LOOK for other CANON printer/scanner apps. Other reviewers are probably using the wrong app.
Does not recognize my Canon capture one scanner
This app uses to be so good until I got a Galaxy S21. Now it fails to upload to either Google Drive or OneDrive, so is now completely useless to me. Shame.
I tried to use it with my Samsung Tab S4 and two Wireless Canon Printer/Scanners and it couldn't find any of them on the network.
Useless.....just got "scanner not found" message & unable to use it. Waste of time.

This app is garbage.. does not detect my e477 printer/scanner. Was expecting something great from canon but it disappointed.. shame on you canon developers.
No longer detecting the P208II on WU10 Wi-Fi adaptor, I notice that the P208 is not listed anymore, have you stopped supporting this device ? If so Why ??? people still have them and it's a good document scanner. This has happened to me before with canon where they just plain stop supporting products and prvent people from using their hardware, Well done Canon 0/10 for customer support if this is the case
