A bit frustrating! Kept on saying serial numbers were invalid. Previous review was accurate in saying the scan feature (scan barcode to automatically capture info) isn't helpful as it scans the wrong code. Per reading instuctions (What's this?) it says you will have to cover other barcodes with something opaque so it won't confuse the scanner. I used a masking tape and it worked perfectly. Store from where I bought camera from wasn't on their list so I had to select "OTHERS" and input manually.

It was difficult registering my purchase with the app. I had to look for the verification email in my spam folder. Then, whenever I clicked the What's This button, it would clear whatever information I had just placed, forcing me to do everything again. The interface was also difficult to use with small buttons and text. The app also looks dated and confusing with buttons placed in one corner and another in another corner without any easily understood reason. Definitely not a delight to use.

Unable to use the app. Unable to register an email properly, no email received. Highly disappointing considering I am a long time Canon user. Somebody fix this app if not, just remove it entirely. Or just offer a recovery option for those having a hard time registering to whatever this app wanted to do.

Bought g4010. Installed the app and registered. verification email from canon went to spam folder. i was able to verify my registration. took time to register the product because the scanning tool for serial numbers of the app is not working. luckily, i was able to type in manually based on the samples. completed the registration of purchase and was notified by the app to wait for 24 hours. it's been a week yet no points yet. Clearly from spam to scam.

Doesn't send verifications on email accounts. I tried using several emails, every single one did not receive verifications. Can't sign up. App needs alotta improvement and not customer-friendly. I'm not recommending this app. The rating says it all

This app seems to have a bug. Not functioning well especially of getting the serial number function and can't redirect to the camera . When also trying to input the serial number manually, the error says, serial number not valid. Kindly fix this app. Thanks

Poorly-designed app. User-unfriendly. Email verification ends in error. Scanning of serial number ends in error. You have to spend a few hours time to figure everything out. Better ask the selling stores to do the product registration for you instead.

Canon please help my problem. I've been registering a lot of times, for days in order to get my camera's warranty. Everytime I would register it would tell me that it sent an verification in my gmail, but how many times I checked there is no verification sent. So thats why I couldn't sign up and register my warranty. Please do something about it. I need it urgently!

I registered my purchases and its almost the end of the promotion still no points on the app and rewards cant be redeemed. one of the reason i bought the printer is because of their rewards on buying the printer and photo paper. expectation vs reality. sorry just being honest. i did follow your instructions.

Very poor app. I tried to register my camera few times already but it doesn't work all the time. When I try to sign up. It says my account is existing and it needs to be verified. Yet I didn't receive any email about that. So disappointing.

We finished all the process to register the item to get the freebies last step is rate the seller. then it says an mail will be send on my email but i recieve nothing and no points add on my acc. But nothing happens! Its been a month since we purchase it.

Ok I bought a canon camera and registered it through the canon website and created a Canon ID. Now we have a canon G410 and needed to register through the Canon Red App to avail the freebies. I tried to log in using the same email as my Canon ID but it says, account already exist and that I have to verify my email. It is already verified but it won't let me log in. I tried to register again within the app but it says the same problem. What shall we do?

Promo is not worth the effort. Downloaded the app and registered an account but does not send verification. Tried it also using pc browser but no luck. Very dissapointed with the kind of service your providing your customers

I bought a canon g2010 printer expecting a reward to be completed but to my surprise it wasn't recognized. the store list is inaccurate. It doesnt show the full store and reseller list.

what is wrong with this app? I keep on registering an account but i never recieved an email for activation. then you'll tell that the email already has an account. i tried using forget password but i don't receive any email. not a single one.

I tried more than 5 emails, but it doesn't send verification still. I already made triple check in my email spam folder and spelling of emails but it doesn't work. Made me think the promos are all scam.

I can't reset my password and I tried many times, it always says session expired. Please address this issue ASAP. thanks.

I did not receive the registration verification not even in spam. Poorly designed app. Please try to improve this app. There ahould be other ways of availing the warranty extension.

Poor software development. Poor customer handling. I can't even register the camera and lens I bought. No email verification is being sent to my email.

Cannot log in or even register at all! when i try to register, it says the email has already been registered. completely useless.

Scam! I bought a printer and registered it for their Timex Watch giveaway. Didn't receive any. It's been 2 months now. What a scam!

I can't register... i've tried it with my 2 gmail accounts already but both of them didn't receive any instructions for validation.

Tried to register three times and it keeps on saying, "Network error. Check your internet and please try again" despit being connected to the internet. Whyyy? :(

If it's my second day of trying to register. if i cannot register today. i'll send the canon printer for refund because of false, bad marketing and awful service.

i just bought a printer and i tried to register my purchase... its been days and its not yet confirmed... i have no idea if its on a process because its not indicated on the app.
