Phrase lookup (32MB of heap memory is required):Input Chinese phrase directly by the following patterns;
* First code of the 1st char. + First code of the 2nd char. + … + First code of the last char., or

E.g.For '你好嗎'; key in ‘nhm’ or ‘nhma’.
Open by:For Android 1.5 ~ 2.x;1.Check the keyboard at Settings > Locale & text2.Long press a text box > select input method
For Android 3.x ~ 4.x;1.Check the keyboard at Settings > Language & input2.Click a text box > drop down the notification bar and click 'Choose input method' > select input method
For Android 5.x;1.Check the keyboard at Settings > Language & input > Current Keyboard > Choose Keyboards2.Click a text box > Click the keyboard icon on the bottom navigation bar > select input method

Tips:1. If you experience extreme lag after updating, try uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard again.2. After changing theme, try to restart the keyboard or rotate the device with the keyboard active, to make the new theme effective.3. If you experience touch difficulty, try to set the Touch sensitivity settings as High and Neutral.4. If you experience missing candidates, try enabling the 'Rarely used characters' option of 'Chinese candidates' setting.5. Simplified Chinese candidates are disabled by default. Enable it at the 'Character type' option of 'Chinese candidates' setting if required.
Known issues:1. Keyboard closes itself on Contact's phone number text box of Samsung devices with Android 4.x. Will fix once we get a Samsung device on hand to check.2. Keyboard plays sound on press on LG devices, even sound is disabled in settings. Will fix once we get a LG device on hand to check.

This guy has been making this Cantonese input for everyone for FREE for YEARS. This app requires no permissions to steal ya info for profit. Don' take it for granted!! SO BE GRACIOUS FOR SOMEONE MADE SO MUCH EFFORT FOR THE SAKE OF ALL OF US. Especially while some parties use all methods to suppress Cantonese by all means. 5 stars not just for the app but also for the generosity of the creator serving us the strangers for so long. it was called called google cantonese input before. Then it was no longer available. I have been using it for years. Now I'm glad it's back. it's the best for cantonese input.
Have been using it for more than 5 years, always like it, but also looking forward for the next update which can include emoji shortcut and other theme color to choose from.
I'm learning Gwangdongwa and freaking love this app! It really helps a lot. I also work at airline and love the fact that I can input an airport or airline code and get the full name in Traditional Chinese.
Used it for the last 4 years. Easy to use. Can be easily switch Ed in between Cantonese keyboard and Google English keyboard.
Using this Cantonese keyboard for years as I did not learn Chinese typing 倉頡/拼音。Hoping the developer would catch up and update this app to support the newer version of Android in future. All the best.
The most inconvenience thing with this app is no emoji, I always have to switch to other app to type emojis, if you wanna use this app pls think teice before download it, or you'll keep busying yourself on witching keyboard the whole day, wasted time
The app is very good but I think there should be an easier way to switch between keyboards. And there should be emojis
This app was great years ago, but it's in dire need of an upgrade to support new characters, phrases and emoticons.
Mistakes occur when selecting Chinese the desired character amongst homonyms. If fixed, this is a good app.
Go to LANGUAGE AND INPUT then ON SCREEN KEYBOARD to turn it on before u can use it!!! Before u criticize, do some research first. This app gets absolutely no info from users and no ad. No catch and totally FREE. Show some respect!!

Supposedly installed safely on my phone, but it clearly hasn't. Rubbish! Can't get a decent Cantonese keyboard on Play Store anymore. So annoying
excellent if you want to type cantonese but not sure the word, its allows you to scroll and select好好用
Can't even be used after installing. Followed the instructions stated here. None of it works. A complete waste of time!
Was working fine before. Now don't work after upgrading my android OS to latest MIUI Global version 12.0.1.0
Good keyboard which easily got Chinese and English words together.
This doesn't even show up! It's just a waste of space! So unfortunate. I have a friend in Hong Kong who can't speak English and I was hoping to be able to message her but I guess not!
Easy to use but I can type multi words in a sentence.
Once changed to Cantonese keyboard can't change back to English

The greatest keyboard ever created *period. Fast hybrid cantonese and english typing keyboard without need to flip between keyboards. Have english to chinese dictionary input which is very intuative and handy. I just wished windows 10 had such great keyboard. I would give it 6 stars if i can ..seriously.
