Unable to download or add a new Photobook. It says that I am not connected to the Internet.. But I am. I've tried through Mobile Data and also through WiFi. The issue is still the same.
Canvera is not working in my new Mi 10i inspite of putting right credentials. Actually everything is coming properly but the pictures are not coming which was in the album. Please do some solution.

App fails at getting basic functionality right. Unable to download a photobook. No content is rendered within the app. Login takes a lot of time. The side menu shortcuts take you to an incorrect page. No way to contact the developers through the app.
App is not working. Unable to login nor able to share. Tried to connect on support but help form is not working
Found a bug in the app. On the menu bar, 'my account' is linked with 'my activities' and 'contact us' is linked with 'my account'. Therefore, no information is available for 'contact us'. Also, my albums are not loading, though I have good internet connection. Kindly fix it asap.
I have wasted continuously 6 hours on downloading the photobook. It is not getting downloaded. You have so many bad reviews and I think you should fix the problem. Even when I have fast wifi connection the app shows that there is problem with my internet connection.
I have been trying to download my photobook. It's just not going beyond 0%. Despite of having an excellent internet connection, my album isn't downloading. It's quite irritating. And the "contact us" tab shows my own account information which is not helping in terms of whom to contact.
Photobook not downloading in android 11 tried in 2 different phones but didnt dwnloaded. Wasted a lot of time to download but not exceeding 0% inspite of good internet connection. Canvera should resolve his. Instead of so many reviews by users it seems canvera is not taking any action for resolving issue.
Could not be able to download photobook! What's the point for providing PIN and app link when you can't be able to manage it? I see so many people are getting same issue from long time and still they haven't resolved it!
Not good quality, hard to zoom in zoom out. Very user unfriendly
The photoshoot doesn't download and keeps stopping at 0%. The basic functionality for the which the app is designed to be is broken. UI is not intuitive as well .
Social share option not working... repeatedly showing Whatsapp not installed or apps is still in development mode.
This app fails to download my album on my device. Whenever I try to download or restart downloading the album, it stops the download and shows the restart button again. Useless app!
Cannot call it an app until it does its basic function. No-one can download their photobook on the app. Its simply trash.
I zipped this app for while but now when I unzipped the app I'm unable view my photo books. Even I reinstalled the app still I'm unable to view the photos from my albums. Please take care of this issue urgently.
This app is not working in Android 11 version. A very bad experience. Canvera must update this app and improve so that users can use it in Android 11. There are so many complaints but it seems canvera developers are not taking any action over this. Ugrade it soon.
The album isn't downloading in Android 11. So, the app is a complete waste. Canvera must take note of this major flaw faced by several users and fix it ASAP.

Not working in my One+ 6 phone,every time it showes upgrade the latest version,after upgraded again it shows same ,again & again. pl solve the issue.
the app is crashing down a lot... and no other sharing option is available properly.. moreover... the latest version is not available although the dialogue box is showing continuously..
This review is only about the app. Not able to download album. Was able to login after a day only. Lot of bugs.
The app is not working at all. Photobooks are not downloading and contact us option also is not working.. is opening my account page... We invested our money as we can share he digital album as well with our long disanced friends and family.... but now its just waste of money.... very disappointed with the process....
I am unable to review this - the photo book does not download and I am not able to reasonably rate this. I am disappointed that this basic function is not working. if you correct it I will revisit this. Truly upset
Don't Hire photographer from this app/website by looking at the review. U will hardly get any negative review about any photographer & the reason of that, they will never let your negative reviews to go live. I had posted one review about a photographer whom I have hired. The experience was aweful so in good language I explained my experience with 1 rating. After 2 days I got to know from the photographer whom I hired that canvera has contacted them and updated that I have given negative review.
Worst app, dont use canvera. Cheap app no support, photobook not downloading, pin everything is right. I have shared photobook with my relatives, photobook is opening in few phones, onther not downloading.
whatsapp share of the album always crashing the app. also shared album should be a link. thousands of followers need to download the app to view the album?! ridiculous.
Please do not go for this one. Their quality has degraded alot. No longer a viable option. I was a repeat customer and I can see the difference in their quality of work. Not recommended at all
Album Designing is not good by Canvera. Designer was a lady, she doesn't know the basic editing of the picture, no proper alignment, portraiture missing at the time of printing. All the 40 Sheets had corrections, We had plenty of voice calls for the corrections. At last, I got fed up, and I proceeded for the printing.The pictures, we gave for editing, was very sharp, once she worked and when the album came, most of the pictures were blurred, due to more editing. Very Disappointed by Canvera.
