We designed a solution that links you to qualified responders, to assist in your moment of need without unnecessary delays, to save critical time in life threatening situations.
When you are in trouble, we know that there is no time to first receive a call from a call center that will still need to call the nearest qualified responder from a limited pool linked to that call center. Rather, we immediately notify and route the nearest responder from any of our partner companies to you.
All responders are benchmarked on their response times and rated by you, the alerter, to help us guarantee that we’ll always be ready to answer your call and assist you when you need it most.

Its brilliant. Much more useful than a panic button as it works anywhere in the neighbourhood.
Besides a panic button. It does nothing well. Rather than trying to reinvent their own app. They should have joined with something functional. Then the service provider still charges extra to have the app. Have now deleted it.
Update profile function does not save. Also searching for your address using the map function will not search. However GPS locating on map works.
I love that CAP has developed this! I have my panic buttons, but I've ALWAYS got my cell with me (mostly!). I'm physically disabled, so this is amazing! Thank you CAP!
I have filled in my information 3 times now, and when I go out the app and back in it is not saved 🤬
No problem with CAP, it's just their app which is hopeless. Doesn't matter if you are in a CAP area, app says no response call SAPS

Will not save profile easily - you have to press the tick at the very top right Not clear or intuitive

Doesn't always work which is disappointing.
If you in their zones it's amazing otherwise... call the cops, let your parents/kids you love them, Pray to Jesus... then handle you business!
Having trouble saving my profile
When I did the initial test, the App picked my location as 7 Aldswold road Saxonwold instead of 21 Abbotswold road Saxonwold. How can the location accuracy be improved?
The app has now sent me two messages to the effect that there is 'no armed response in my zone', with no indication of what I am supposed to do about it and no means of clearing the messages. Please cease & desist.
