The app might work well, if I could use it. If you need to enter a relationship to subscriber for insurance info it won't let you, shows up blank every time, so it prevents you from filling out the necessary information in order to actually have a video visit. Totally unusable, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Like others have stated, I cannot add my relationship to subscriber, and therefore cannot make an appointment. So this app is useless to me.

This app used to be great. Now, after it's been updated, it's impossible for me to connect to a doctor. Regardless of the wifi network, connecting over LTE, I still get stuck on the circle of death while in the virtual "waiting room". One doctor even called me to try to figure out the issue, and there was no way to connect to the appointment. There is zero point in having a useful service if no one can access it.

The app let's me input all info up until "relationship to member". It won't let me choose anything but won't let me proceed

I love this app! For someone like myself with frequent lesser infections, it makes it super convenient. It costs less than seeing my primary doctor or urgent care, and it takes less time for the whole visit than trying to call and coordinate care over the phone with my specialist.

I had trouble connecting in the video! I guess I will soon find out if I'm going to be charged twice because I had to reopen it and I don't know if there was a double charge! But I have to write finally got connected to the 2nd doctor this was awesome!

Nothing more than a total reliable,convenient, easy,completely knowledgeable, caring, timely, non judgemental rest and assure your mind app and service! The doctors are knowledgeable with good bedside manner and they follow up afterwards that's important to me. thank you!

App is very easy to use.

App was slow downloading the first time. So I stopped it and started again, and then it downloaded right away. Process was easy and didn't take very long.

Tried to log in for the first time. I get a message saying the app has stopped. Uninstalled and reinstalled but the same thing happens. Useless when I really need it.

3 providers have canceled their appointment with me. There's no way to do a trouble shoot issue. No one responded when I told them my issue. These providers have my phone number. Simply call me. Extremely disappointed in this service.

Easy set up, no problem. The waiting time is HORRIFIC! As stated below you might be next in line, 2,3 behind... but the next thing you know, your 5, 6? How is that possible? Never got through. Tried 3 times. Longest wait time, started at 6 patients, was down to 3; 78 minutes!! I gave up. Good concept, but needs a ton of work.

It wouldn't let me put my insurance member ID # in so I called the number on the back of my insurance card to verify it was the right number. They gave me the customer service number for this app. When I called them, they said they can't do anything about it. The guy didn't try to fix it or get me in touch with anyone to fix the issue. So hopefully this will get me in touch with someone who can solve this issue.

I have tried to be seen via this app six times. Each time was a 3+ hr wait. I also experienced having patients added in front of me only to have each session either declined, the Dr. is offline or the app logs me off after multiple hours of waiting.

App is not working. I reloaded 4x's and still cant get to the main page. Hope they fix it soon. Wasn't even able to get my sons after patient messages.

I've tried several times to use the app, waits were LONG! However, the physician I saw was very friendly and helpful.

The app worked great to connect me with a doctor for an appointment. Getting ready is an easy process and the app even lets to you choose a pharmacy if needed.

I had a great experience using this app for a virtual visit. Highly recommend it rather than going to an urgent care and waiting 3 hours to see someone.

Great experience. Customer service rep helped set everything up and was a true blessing today. Visit with the doc was easy and informative.

Phenomenal! This app is a Godsend. I have a blocked tear duct and in explaining my symptoms etc my kind Doc was sympathetic and gave me advice to try at home along with an antibiotic to be safe. Thank you so much!!

The doctor was very professional. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. There was 1 patient in front of me but it took maybe 20 minutes. A lot shorter than an emergency center.

Straightforward, easy to use app. I was able to enter all my insurance info, speak with a physician, and get a prescription sent to my local pharmacy all within about 15-20 minutes. Much better experience than urgent care!

The app made it easy but has bugs. Twice it added patients in front of me when I was next in line.

I now live here. Helping me in a time of personal crisis and change. Covid made the facilities to tele health any great specialist possible! Now I get help for life long severe conditions that my area cannot serve .thank you so much!!

A good idea but I don't like how doctors can change appointment times on a whim without any confirmation from the patient. I had 2 doctors change the time on me mere minutes before the new time was supposed to start and then I missed them.

Quick and easy to setup and use. Great for busy parents or anyone needing to chat with a doctor quickly

My experience was awesome. App was easy to use and got me to the Dr, knowledgeable & helpful.

This is the future of Healthcare!!! So grateful this was available as my doctor had no openings for DAYS due to staffing shortages and the clinic was a 3 hour wait. I am so HAPPY with this app and the doctor who helped me!!

Totally awesome service. First time using it but I absolutely plan on future visits for any minor medical issue or illness
