Edit: Does what it's supposed to do. Accessibility has greatly improved, as well as the addition of new features (a few I don't have a use for but understand how others would). Still lacks the multiple verification methods for fixing log-in issues and a few others that require the user to talk to a customer service rep during certain hours.

Terrible! It is super slow, it asks for finger-printing to log in but then will say biometrics are not set-up, but they are. Some days the finger printing works to login and most days it doesn't. Still cannot view my bank statements. Some days I cannot see any prior transactions, it will only show one prior transaction. I miss the old app. It worked better. Don't care for the changes. It is not user-friendly. It gives me a headache!

Useful app, doesn't do everything though For things where I just need to quickly look at or do something with my bank account, it works well; things like viewing recent transactions or doing quick transfers. Bill Pay is missing some features on mobile I need though, so I have to move to desktop for that. However, the app is sometimes sluggish or unresponsive, especially when I move onto the pages and functions away from the home page.

I really like the app but for me, there seems to be a few things missing. OR I just don't know enough to use it correctly. I'd like to change the amount of my monthly loan payment (increase). I get a message every month telling me my estatement is available to view online. I can't find it anywhere when I log on. If it is there, I consider app then, to not be as user-friendly as could be. I've called Capital and was told it would/should be there. I checked again, no statement found. Frustrated!

New app is terrible. They changed way too much. You can't hide accounts from the overview page, you get prompted to enter a code every time you log in even if you save the device. I will say the only "good" thing is seeing pending transactions but most likely won't be enough to keep me as a customer because I hate the app.

It's stupid I have to bounce back and forth for a security code to enter bill pay when I've already done a fingerprint login on the same phone the code gets sent to. There is no added security, just annoying redundancy. Also would be nice to have branch hours like the old app did along with a list of upcoming payments in bill pay rather than all activity which requires more sorting and sifting.

Every update, my fingerprint access gets deleted. My user ID and password were not saved either. Also, I mistyped my user ID once and I was locked out of my account. One typo and locked out? Come on. This app is awful.

I liked the old app better. This new one has a lot more errors and glitches. The old one used to show your balance after each transaction. This one does not. I need to use my laptop if I want to see that. Otherwise it does what it is supposed to, you can see your ending balances, transactions that came in or out of your account and move your money around.

Fingerprint scanner doesn't work. Every time I want to do a transfer I have to wait for a text code to verify who I am. I can only see one transaction per account from my phone and need a laptop to view more. The list goes on and on. Not nearly as easy to navigate as the old version. Very frustrating!

This update is trash. I try to login using my finger print AND password after my finger print doesn't work. Itll say its loading then flash like it's going into my account but it brings me right back to the login page. The only way I can access my account is if I change my password each time and it's super frustrating and annoying.

It's fine; does what it should. A few minor annoyances; contents or texts blocked by banners, you have to delete the zeros in the amount box before you can put check amount in, wish there were more details to certain transactions, wish you can split deposits to go in savings and checking

Why the UI/UX update from the old app? This thing stinks. The text is bulky and obtuse. The button menu is clunky and navigation is not clean. Looks like modern user experience was lost. Bring the old app back. Nice job with the authentication options though.

Seems to be a bug with biometric access since updating to Android 11. Twice in as many weeks I have been locked out of my account, seeing a message about having entered the wrong credentials. It has been working fine for other apps.

since the update, it has been nice and all. these past few days, i have not been able to get into my account. password changed and app reinstall and it still showing up errors. no email whether they are fixing the app or not. Please fix.

It is easy to use. The only thing that I get annoyed with is when transer money from 1 account to another, you have to scroll down and delete to 0's before you can type in the amount you want transfered. I love that I can transfer money instantly.

I never write reviews on anything, but I have to use this app to manage my finances Cons/things I want back: -Balances used to be displayed after every transaction -Used to be like 12pt font, now its 50pt -Glitches hard when I try to transfer $ -Banner on bottom telling you to "scroll down for more content" actually blocks the content -Used to be able to go into details of transactions Please bring back original app appearance, fix above issues, keep the pay to zero part, and member transfer.

Bank its self is great! Awesome staff and great rates but... App is so clunky and not very well stream lined. App has been "temporarily unavailable" multiple times. Features seem to always be one step behind the market.

The main thing I don't like is how often this app does security checks. They either have to send a text or call with a code but sometimes it does it multiple times a day, days at a time. And there were times where I didn't have service so the text or call wouldn't come through so I wasn't even able to use my card. But other than that, it's decent.

I like the previous app. The new app is lot more difficult to navigate. You have to be emailed a code to get into zelle, I can't let bank know of travel to other countries using app. I have friends that leave this credit union because of the app!

What is the point of having one touch sign in if I have to use a verification code about every single time I try to check my account. Very annoying and inconvenient. This app was far better before the "upgrades".

Not very user friendly. Once you are in the accounts, you need a code to be sent to you in order to get into Bill Pay. The calendar in Bill Pay was eliminated so that's disappointing too.

Unclear prompts, poor wording. Making loan payments is worse than prior app version. Missing payment details (date info) when making loan payments. This version is a step backwards for the members experience :(

Overall pretty good but sometimes cumbersome. Things like when making mobile deposits you have to scroll past the directions every time to get to the entry options.

Please read! There is a fix to allow you to use the app again! I had called and a really nice representative had actually helped me through the steps to get this to work again especially because of branches closed. I would highly suggest going to the app and hitting "call" if you need more help after these steps: Update the "android system webview" by typing it in google play and clear the google play cache and data in system>apps>google play then restart phone. Hope this helps!
