Very. Bad experience with this bank. Poor customer care service. They don't even have toll free no. I had my sufficient balance in my account in 2nd of may. I waited to be deducted my EMI automatically, but it could be. I payed through paytm but it was saying in pending. Because these people are not accepting. Not they are charging EMI bounce. And they made my cibil score bad. .worst customer service and bank.
Too many senseless App Permissions needed, and there's no option to skip/bypass also ? Not an appropriate justification for accessing our Phone, SMS, Storage. For Storage as an example, when I don't intend on downloading statements, why does the App insist on gaining access to Storage ? I'm better off calling Customer Care instead for any assistance, and they can email my requirements as attachments etc. You can keep this piece of garbage app!!!
3rd class experience .. since last night I am trying to make the payment. Even after several attempts I am not able to make the payment. Because even after typing the right capha it shows that it is wrong and some how after reaching the gateway page the payment gets cancelled .. what is the point of the app. You are anyways directing to the browser. App is supposed to work easy .. it is just using my memory space and still not productive. Atleast before making it live for user you run the app 1.
App has so many issues to be fixed, And the customer care service is worst. First of all, the call gets muted and disconnected while you are in conversation with the customer support executive and when you try calling again, you will not be connected at all ,there will be only one response that the number is busy. No matter how many times you try the number will be always busy.
After this recent lastest update whenever I am trying to login using DoB, Phone Number and OTP, every time, even after entering correct OTP, it says incorrect OTP entered. So now I am basically locked out and I cannot regain access to the system because every correct OTP is regarded as incorrect OTP.
You have a very bad service I have paid off all my loans. I have closed my loan account. You have a very bad service. There is no bounce charge balance. There is no settlement. I came to your head office 1.5 years ago. The same thing happened in 90 days .. idfc service is not good at all ...
Do not open the account in idfc.... worst experience ever.... they send u messages that you are eligible for smart emi card and then when you try to use it shows not eligible..... and this is the worst app..... trying to login from past 20 days.... just shows error with dob and mobile number.... and even if you try to use another login method it shows the same..... Worst bank ever..
Very bad experience with the application. I am filling all my information but at the pan card page it is always showing an error that something wents wrong. Totally useless application i have ever interected with
Hi team, This app is totally wrost experience since last 3 months if we have to clear all EMI in one shot is option is available but not working on site i am try to close my EMIs but call center people also not able get points what we are facing the issue. I have an Consumer Durable loan for an Electronic item of around 3062 per month and it is all set to auto debit from 02 May 2022 but haven't been auto deducted and when I checked the statement it shows that "You missed an EMI" on Morning 7'0 clock on May 2 2022. I imeddiately made the payment. It is not nice to not to auto deduct the amount even after having sufficient funds in the account and mentioning that you have Missed an EMI and is overdue. I hope you should resolve this issue.
Emi login portal, whoever is the developer of your portal link. Ask him to test first on captcha login then apply on live. Not even once I'm able to login. I doubt any customer can login on first 3 attempts. What you do with all the additional money you take from us! Get some good developers and pay them properly.
When I try to repay the instalment ammount it's redirect to idfc bank website and when you submit all detail than every time I get msg incorrect captcha...I tried more than 50 times.. different occasions but got same msg you have entered incorrect captcha
Dear team this application is totally not working at this time getting authentication failed, we unable to check our loan details, please confirm how many penalty will impose to you according to the law. Also toll-free number is disconnected frequently. You have to publish this type of issue in your terms & condition, it will be very helpful for the customers. Worst experience really. I am very sick of with this app, when first time I installed this app it working fine but after some time when I enter my loan option it showing authentication error and reinstalled this app but now I am not able to login again ,now how can I chek my loan status, very bad
Very poor customer service. Customer care email is out of service. Can't connect to Customer care number even you have active mobile plans. Not recommend to use idfc.
Worst customer care service. The executive called me in middle of my meeting, and when I requested a call back, said ok. But didn't get the call back at all.. And the customer care number is a charged call, and the waiting time to connect to executive is too much. I waited whole 7 mins yesterday to connect to them still unresponsive so had to end the call.. I will never associate with IDFC again and will never recommend it to any one also..
Worst service ever... Will never suggest anyone to buy easy buy card. So many problems u have to face after buying this. And there is no one to help you out. Never go for it. Also these guys updated wrong email id on the app and told me to contact from registered email id. Very bad experience
Improve the UI and features as most of them don't load properly. Payment option is like dumb one, it doesn't work most of the time. Provide options to pay all EMI at once and what charges will be applicable provide it there itself. EMI payment option is not working most of the time. Like the app has no use at all.
Disappointed this time. They are telling it a pre approved loan. And tell that it takes only 24 hrs to 48 hrs. I applied for a pre approved loan on 22/04/2022. But still the amount not got disbursed. I was calling call center from past 6days. No one has given the proper response.
Worst user interface every screen take e to r min to open and if u click in between it's give an error like wrong captcha entered.
This is a useless app. This application is not working properly since three days before EMI date. However, it is very difficult to check the details of the app.
It's really an amazing application. Within 15 mins I'm getting unexpected loan amount to my account without submitting any physical docs. Very nice app..It helped me when I was in need of loan.
It is very bad application not devoloped properly when we call customer care they said they have no update as per the application called on 2may.also customer care answer very low quality and when told him to connect their senior they cut the call also i think there is senior in their company for resolving problems.Extra charges added when they have application fault.
I have paid the advance EMI of my loan. But the app is showing the previous balance instead of new updated balance. And the amount as showing in the remaining balance is not same.
What's wrong with your app, unable to login with correct credentials, tried with DOB and OTP but everytime it is showing error. Please try to sort this issue ASAP.
Showing something error at the time of login Need to fix it this app and I am almost 8 times given all the required details and OTPs also for login but it is not moving to next step .. showing something went wrong...
I made manual repayment for amazon app for pay later but the transaction was unsuccessful and the amount wasnt refunded back to me. I cleared the dues through this app. And asked for refund. For that I had to call more than 5 times. Always I was given a date for refund. But yet I didn't get it. Today I called and I was told that the loan account is closed. And if your trasnsaction failed on amazon u need to contact amazon. Even sbi will sort issues after 2-3 calls. But this is worse than that.
