* If the user is not aware of the customer ID, the same can be found on the passbook, personalized cheque book or the user can contact the home branch to get the same.
* The registered mobile number should be in SIM tray 1 and should be set default for sending SMS during registration.

I am not able to log in to the app since it ask for app to be updated and when I click on the link it takes me to play store which shows me button to open.
Worse app. I m not able to open the app. It shows to be updated everytime when I open the app.in play Store it shows open.it is unuseful app.😡
I tried to register more than 10 times but after sending verification message, it returns to initial stage of sending message for verification. I talked to customer care too, but no resolution of problem. Very weird performance from such an organization. So many people are complaining but the management is still sleeping, taking no action to solve the problem more than a month have passed.
Frequent technical glitches for the past few months...the login page doesn't open at all and then prompt me to update the app even when there's no update available. Then I am forced to uninstall n then reinstall it. After I am logged out of the page, I need to repeat that process again. But there's a silver lining in this failure of the developer team that now my customer ID is on my finger tips
Dear sir, i have experience with this app it is a worste app every.. It is sending a message for security purpose. Text message screen will displayed. After sending the message back to exit the app. So that it is a worste app. Waste of time.
Unable to login every time it says to update but never get update
Overall App is good however sometimes it asks to update the app before use even when there is no updates available on App Store. So, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app few times then only it allows to login. Developers need to look into it. (android user)
Login page error and updated app showing many time. Please resolve the issue.

Cannot make and close FD.. App is only for checking balance, transfer and bill payment.. Its not banking app its only marketing app.. When world is in problem still we are going to bank for few requirement those we can't get on e.-Banking service in this new era comparison to another bank app. This bank app is 50 years old and still no improvement.
Every time when I try to login, it asks for updates, when I go for it no updates are available. The worst app I have ever seen.

I couldn't get through the initial steps even after several tries, after sending out the sms with code no otp had been recieved and moreover even the app redirects to the initial page instead of moving ahead to the where otp is supposed to be entered.
App doesn't open in mobile. App is again and again sending messages from my number , but it dosen't allow me to log in. Branch was alo not able to help. Also , kindly enable upi services
Maha nakami App I have seen ever, I think now I have to close my all accounts, even their website is like demo version in which not having any good enterface and useful options. Again it's maha raddi app and website.
I think these guys aren't deserve one star but there's is no option lower than this,, worst service worst app
App not working properly
app is smooth, easy to add beneficiary took some time to add new beneficiary, very good interface... easy to use , needed upi and bill payment
Android 11 not supported; does not even start crashes everytime. Still does not work after 22 December update
after new update . everytime it send msg from my phone . verify it . but unable to login . after tht process . it starts again from terms conditions otp msg.
It is showing update available ...but when it takes to play store here it showing nothing...unable to use app... important transaction pending ,,,,1 star only ...

Asking for update but there is no update and can't use the app. Helpless.
good experience very quick to add Benifiencery and to transaction i hope they gonna add more link like open fd and rd in the app but for that app it's very good
It is not working from past one week. Always states "Unable to process request". Please resolve this at the earliest.

Login process is time consuming and not user friendly. Need simple pin based process from registered mobile device.
The app is not working from last 2 days. Whenever i try to open the app it shows error message "an unexpected error occured". Pls do something regarding this as most of my banking work depends upon the app. Otherwise overall experience is really good as the interface is really simple and user friendly. I would have given 5 stars but due to the technical errors m giving 3 stars. Will update the stars as soon as the problem is resolved.
