Love it.
Once a month or every phone update your password resets. Good for security, but bad if it happens when too many transactions go through your checking. Stay ahead on your funds and bills so you dont get hit with an overdraft fee if this happens. I'm currently disputing a refund. Other than that great app. Convenient when you can't make it to the bank. Good to log in during the day every now and then in case you run into trouble. Online customer service is open and will fix any issues.
Just stopped working
I'd only use this for Mobile Deposit, which worked in the previous version for me, but now it consistently crashes the app when I take a picture of a check. I know this feature works fine for others so I've reinstalled, rebooted, made sure GPS was turned on just in case it was required - made no difference on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom running Android 4.4.2. Luckily I can now make these failed deposits via the website.
I am fed up with this app. Every time I try to login, it doesn't accept my password. I have sat at my computer and typed in my pass & then tried it on my phone and it wouldn't work. Every time I have to check my balance from my phone I have to reset my password. It is extremely annoying.
So good to see some progress. Much more intuitive now. Love the new direction!
Why do I need an app if I can't do mobile deposit? Useless.

Pages load very slow or don't load properly at all. The back button jumps back too far, the app freezes when you try to view a transaction and the general design is very 2000s. However, transfers made from savings to checking are almost instant.
