Took multiple tries to even recognise the book. Only for a 10 second video with no audio. And only 1 page in the whole book worked with the app. Waste of time. glad I tested before giving to my kid
This app does not work at all. It keeps telling me I need wi-fi connection which I already have. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it 3 times with all the same results.
We got a lot of these books from the library and can't use them because the app says it requires wifi, which I'm connected to. We tried it on other phones and they all say the same. My nephew is very disappointed. This isn't the way to run a company.
Don't waste your time with this. It only scans to 23 to 50% and says that wifi isn't enabled when it is. There are no settings to adjust. Huge disappointment. Not at all user-friendly.
wont connect to wifi, even though it's their. Can't check anything in app. And no help from the company's site. One year later, still doesn't work.
The first time I used it, it said I needed to connect to the Internet, even though I was. Then, I got a page to load, but when I tried the glossary page of the Apatosaurus book, which has a star, it said, please pick a page with a star. I went back to the other page with a star (only two in the whole book, disappointing), it scanned and gave me stegosauras in the apatosaurus book.
Also have the issue of only loading to 50% and showing wifi connection needed even when phone is confirmed to be connected to wifi. Un-usable and non-functional in its current state.
This is really disappointing. I scan the page, it loads, and then as me to find my book. when I tap on the appropriate book, nothing happens. Glad i tried it before i told my kid about it.
Seems the issue with WiFi was fixed with the latest update on DEC. 10 2019. Was able to use app successfully. 4 star for the gamble.
Terrible app!! It is not working at all!! The phone is totally blocked when I try to use it. I juat downloaded it and I am uninstalling it right now.
Doesn't work properly. My son kept scanning random books and sometimes videos would play.
wifi is on, but note shows none. scan only till 50% & reload without anything happening. unworkable app
stuck on opening screen indicating it needs a wifi connection, but I'm connected to wifi... unusable.
Same problems as others. At least i can still view one video from the star scanned... Haha

Same issue as others. The app just states that it needs WiFi connection, even though my phone is connected. There doesn't seem to be anyway to make it work. Disappointing.
