Beware the high switching costs - if your telecom changes your storage plan or you need to download your data for some other reason - the experience is far from user-friendly. File bulk-select is only available per month with a limit of 350 files selected. So, if you happen to have more than 350 files in a selected month, you need to select each file individually to make them fit in the limits. Download speed from the cloud is very slow, too.

The app crashes every time I try to create an album and if eventually it creates the album then it shows all the pics and video from phone at one place rather than to show any option for selected folders like camera photos, WhatsApp photos etc. It's a dump I would say and its developers need to have a little knowledge of a better user interface.

It is awful. It doesn't have the option to download all photos at once from it. I have like 4000 pictures that I cannot zip into archive and download them... Think twice before storing so much photos that you have to download max 500 at once... And yeah, by choosing them one by one... Edit: I am sorry to inform you but in mobile app you dont have the option to archive and download all photos at once. Edit2: Found the option to select all photos at least. Apologies.

The app is buggy. Videos goes down to 144p when you save them with capture. The only good thing is that pictures saves are good, but then when you want to scroll down to a picture that is 2 years old it bugs back up to the top

its a good app to save your photos without ever losing them but it would be awesome if the picture layout in the albums were the same as in the photo section or atleast an option to do that, i mean adding the monts selection would make searching for specific photos in albums much easier, but thats just my opinion

why remove the pc application and now change to a picture only application in the last update without a clear warning an without a tree structured file browsing capability in the web interface? that's bad . uninstalled after 4+ year usage.

It is very useful app but i have a problem... i am from pakistan and 1 year ago i uploaded some data to my capture account but now when i open capture app , it is showing that its not working in asia...now what can i do to recover my data...plz help

I had a pleasure to use this app within my Telenor account. Unfortunately, it won't be a part of Telenor account anymore, and I can't find pricing options in the future...

I Cant log in on app, because the app sends some security number on the phone number that i have used and i dont use that number anymore, i have tryed to log on with e- mail and pass, and than again it asks for that code. Now i dont have accsess to my photos...I m realy devestated...

Hi capture team i used app in 2016. And i uploaded my very important data in this app. But now i download it and its not available in asia. I m very sad that i wasted my all data. Please help me to how recover my data. Please reply soon thank you

This app is great it's helped me a lot but the only this that kind of annoying to me is that it that's that much time to load into the app I mean the photos it takes long but overall this app is great and I understand why it takes long!!!

What do you mean by the capture app is no longer available in Asia? Damn! What about the hundreds of photos I've uploaded to your site.? I should've wasted my time on your app.

Dear telenor, I am from Pakistan and i am upload a my photos on capture aap 3/4 years ago and now i am log in the app that show this app is no longer available in your country. I am very seriously concerned about this where are my photos , Who to i am recover my photos.. Please tell me...

So tierd of this app this year please, send me a email I can talk to you on, nothing I do seems to work and I csnt send feedback in the app because that doesn't work either,

capture is incredible accidentally delete the application I thought I had lost my photos, but I downloaded the application again and all my photos returned,

there is options for sorting files or creating folders, seems unfinished.

idiots! they (telenor) called me so many times and convinced me to move all my photos to this app, to free the space on my phone, and now they are SHUTTING DOWN THE APP!!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!!

Not much if you are trying to store photos before changing to a different network provider or getting a new SIM.. asks for a mobile number ..

The app is ok, the problem with EXIF info was on my side - for imported pictures only

Tbh its a good app ,but it uses too much mbs if u like taking pictures or making videos very often.

Why this app not available in asia? im very dissapointed bcs i started to use this app since 2018 and now i cannot install this app again 💀
