Not at all intuitive. Has power button, but no way to know if it's on or off unless looking at cooler (just a toggle in app). Set temp to 38, cooler reads 40 and very accurate third party thermometer reads 56! Wouldn't trust with food.
Works great. Pairing is a little tricky at first. Once paired it works like a champ. I love the smart car fridge! Keeps things cold and saves battery!
The app does exactly as its supposed to, giving the fridge owner options as to its current operation. After nearly 3 years of riding on the passenger seat of a semi truck, through at least 400,000 miles.. my C20 decided it had had enough. A quick 2-day shipment from Amazon and I remain a satisfied customer.
This app worked great for over a year then recently it appears changes were made and it does not connect at all.
With my dual Euhomy brand the app connected and displayed both sides status and let you change settings. Haven't run into issues yet. Using Asus phone
Not sure why rating is so low. Scanned qr code, downloaded app, connected immediately no problems at all on pixel 4a. Just hoping fridge is as good 🤞🏻👍🏻
Very good app. Displays what is in the instrument panel on the cool box. Improvements would be a clear display when the cool box is on/off. Also the app would 5-star if it provides graphs of watts (or amps) vs time. I would even pay for that. A little difficult to initially connect via Bluetooth using Android but once connected no problem reconnecting.
Need details of extra feature setting in the App. We have The manual and it has the basic information but we really didnt need it as it was super simple to get up and running... Nice app, can change all kinds of setting but there are many i have no idea what they are.. Nice quality of maTerials and it just feels like it is..
Great App. Allows remote settings of nearly every aspect of the Xtremepowerus Refrigerator. Could use the ability to rename the Refrigerator though. I have two if their refrigerators, and have to remember which is "Left" and which is "Right". The icons representing them are labeled exactly the same "WT - 001". Fairly easy to understand but documentation would be nice.
Rubbish, doesn't connect even though the phone tells me otherwise. No follow-up support or even FAQs. Brand new fridge, modern phone (that works with every other bluetooth device I have). I've installed and uninstalled, turned everything off then on again 4 times and tried another phone but no luck. Naturally, the fridge manual is about as useful as a chocolate teapot...ah well.
SETUP INSTRUCTIONS HERE! Poor instruction for BT pairing/setup. Took me an hour to figure this out. Tested on Android versions 9,11 & 12 for Euhomy 45L fridge. Turn fridge on and standby to press Gear button. For Android (and probably IOS too), BT & GPS MUST BE ON to detect and pair fridge BT signal, and to use app once setup. Once you detect fridge BT signal A1-4XXXXXXXXXXX, touch newly displayed app icon, then fridge will beep once and display APP. App will prompt you to touch Settings button on fridge to complete BT pairing - PRESS ONLY THE BUTTON ON LOWER RIGHT SIDE OF DISPLAY (the MAX/ECO mode selector button with gear image next to it). This completes BT pairing/setup. Remember, when you try to use this app BT & GPS MUST BE ON (even after setup). App controls are easy to use / setup not so much. Minus 2 stars for not providing adequate app setup instructions!
It's easy to connect to the fridge and understand the basics function but there is no explanation about functions & calibrations tools to guide you through the set up. Battery cut off just indicates as LMH and you can't see the voltage. Battery RC only shows on the fridge display and you can't see it on the app. It would be great to have the tutorial video to show how to use & calibrate the fridge with this app.
This is a straight forward app! Didn't realize that there was an update, so I had to press the settings button to sync with the fridge. I do EVERYTHING from my app. This new update is awesome, because it allows independent control of left and right. Awesome app!
Good working App I got this app to work first try with my new Change Moore TW-45. I agree with other recent posts discussing the display like the cheezey power on/off. My gripe for holding back on a five star is there is no error fault display in the app as found on the unit display. You see, while testing the unit, the freezer temp went way high over my setting without unit kicking on. I had to view the frig display to see that I actually had a low voltage fault.
App keeps stopping, won't work.
This app is broken, it only allows me to control the freezer, the switch to refrigerator doesn't work. In my communications with the company I purchased the fridge/freezer from, they don't know if it will be repaired now or later - maybe never. Disappointed because the controller on the unit is terrible.
App design is rudimentary, but passes. However, a big blunder is why the power button appearances changes so little from "off" and "on" (light gray to white color). If the on color is changed to green or blue it would be so much easier to discern the power status.
While the app works my problem is with the lack of information for the settings and what they mean and or do. It would have been 1 star but I couldn't get my new cooler to turn on using the touch screen but got it to start with the app. I read the comments and the one about not being able to get phone calls got my attention after I post this I will see if I have that problem. If I do I will edit my review back to one star.
Hooked right up to my Alpicool c30 portable refridgerator through bluetooth and controls all its functions. Not sure what a few of the options under the settings menu do but I just got this and Im pleased. So far so good.
App works, but you have no idea as to what the features under settings control. Trying to calibrate the temperature display is incredibly difficult to do.
Nice app. However, would like to see battery gauge. Important when on internal battery and refrigerator is not accessible since it is in the back of a pickup truck.
I agree 100% with Jesse McBride I also have the same 58 QT love it.. the app is great BUT.. many of the functions have no of knowing what they do and or if they are needed and if they are.. how to set them if I am not sure what they do.. a full description of them is needed and a manual of sorts of how to use and apply this app would be great..helpful and is needed. Thanks
Good when it's connected. The problem is my phone, Galaxy S22+ spends 93% of its time in "Connecting" mode. NOTHING can be done with the app including the "go back" icon so I have to close the app and when I come back it's still "Connecting ". It displays all the correct information, but app is completely unusable untilitfinallyconnects which happens when it wants. It will remain connected for a few minutes, then spontaneously return to "Connecting". Not really worth keeping.
