Permissions explanation:
READ_CONTACTS
- Car Locator has the ability to "beam" your location to another user who has Car Locator installed. You can select the recipient of your location by using your contact list
SEND_SMS/RECEIVE_SMS
- The "beam" communication is done through SMS. This is why the SMS permission is required. No SMS's are sent without your explicit action.

I've been using this app for years and it works great. The best part of this app is it's actually RELIABLE, all the car locator apps I've tried have various issues that make them basically useless. I originally got this as a free app of the day on the Amazon App Store, but it must have been removed from Amazon, so I actually bit the bullet and bought it on Google Play because it works so well.
Position can't be fixed after disconnecting from car bluetooth because GPS is not starting fast enough. Please make addition to start GPS when connected to car BT and keep it running on background all the time when connected to car BT. TripLog Mileage Log Tracker works this way, but I like your app more. Just fix this problem
Great app works great. We were going the wrong way on cold snowy night and this app took us right to our car. On my new phone Moto g6 it ask for GPS then shuts down. If I ignore that it works like before. (normal just fine)
This program has saved me a long hunt on a few occasions when I entered empty car parks only to see that they had filled up in my absence. Now I just flick it on and have no worries, it always works perfectly. Very useful and easy to use.
I bought this app after a friend's experience losing her car in a parking garage. Got great reviews and sounded like a good choice. But each time I've tried to use it the "radar" screen just keeps turning with no directions forthcoming. Definitely doesn't work in concrete structures. Very disappointed.
Works great with my Galaxy S8. I don't use the Bluetooth feature cuz I always use my Level U headset. Have used this app on many phones for many years. The only thing it bugs you about is reviewing it, Syu here's mine... Recommended!
The map shows positions fairly accurately but the arrow can be wildly off sometimes pointing in the opposite direction. I've confirmed that my compass is accurate
I'm glad I listened to him. Great for big parking lots or unfamiliar cities.
By far the best app for locating my car yet. So easy to use and has all you need, timer and even a camera app.
Works ok. Sometimes gets confused and makes it appear I'm traveling in the wrong direction, but most of the time is super helpful.
Bluetooth plugin works ~30% of the time, even with always-on GPS. Evernote function has stopped working. Seems to be abandonware.
I've used it for about 10 minutes. Accuracy a little screwy, but if it can get me within about 30 M from my car, that'll be good enough. Nice satellite view! What GPS lacks, the sat makes up for.
Bought this app several years ago, and now this update is asking for a new license key. Update, developer addressed issue quickly.
When you haven't time to waste backtracking where you parked, thus Lil Diddy shows artificial compassion and finds my HTC every time.
I always loose my car. This is an excellent idea if you are sure to keep your phone charged.
This app is quick and easy to. The controls make sense. It works when only GPS is available. With only GPS available, there is no map but a big arrow points in the direction you should go.
Just what I needed, Lost my Jeep at Dollywood in Tennessee, wish I had it then, I'll never lose my Jeep again !!! It works So Wonderful! Thank you Developers for creating an Awesome App.
