Great app, I've been using it for over a year now. Previously, I tracked all my vehicle maintenance for years with a notebook, then transferred it to my computer once a year. With this app I log everything quickly and I can pull up the reports any time. The customer service is outstanding! I wish I'd have found this app sooner. Recently I used AUTOsist to research whether or not it was worth buying an electric vehicle. I was able to pull reports on my current vehicle and have a definitive answer with hard numbers that gave me a price point where I'd come out on top with a new vehicle.
I've been using this app for a while now, after trying several others. This one seems to do everything I'm looking for, where the others were always missing a feature. I tried it with the free version, and it was great so I upgraded to pro and now use it for fuel and maintenance logs for 2 cars, a side-by-side, my motorcycle, and generator. The glovebox feature is great for 'paperwork', and I'll often snap a pic and attach it to a maintenance log as proof it was done, and to easily see what brand of oil, antifreeze, etc was used. I had username/password issues today (100% my fault...I'd changed my email address on the account a while back, then forgot I had changed it and wasn't able to log in today....) anyway, emailed them the issue, they replied in around 3 hours with help. Can't ask for better than that... I usually try to suffer through the free version of something, but this one was worth paying for, to have the full 'pro' version. And, when you're selling a used vehicle, the potential buyer's eyes light up when you hand them a 10-page maintenance report, complete with pictures. :-)
Second review - Still love the app. In addition to the litres per 100km I have seen in other apps the cost of the fuel (euros per 100 km) which is also a very good indicator. It would be perfect if you guys could add those two. Also, a preset of items in maintenance. For example, tyres, brake pads, brake discs, spark plugs. So you can see how many km each item has...
A bit outdated/clunky of a user interface, but does all the things I want and good customer service.
If you're writing up a service and exit the app for a second, all your progress is lost. Super annoying, especially since its so easy to accidently press the back button on phones. I've stopped using this app because I keep losing my information. I think this wasn't a problem in the past.
This is a great app. Much better than keeping notes on paper. Love the fact it's cloud based so I can check my records to see if I should stop to get my tires rotated or buy oil on my way home without needing to thumb through my owners manual to see when I last did it. I also have no problem paying for such a great app. It takes time and money to maintain servers. Thinking of managing my boat through this app too. Keep up the good work.
App worked great for nearly a year, then required a log in that wouldn't take my password. I ended up emailing customer support. They helped me get back in but all of my data was gone. Back to customer service to see if my data may exist somewhere and they did get me lined out. I only have my Harley info in there, since the free version only allows 1 vehicle (only negative). Customer service was outstanding today. Immediate email responses each time.
This is an amazing app. I've been using it for years to manage my vehicles. I store maintenance and it reminds me of services and other items. When I sell a vehicle I can show the full digital service history, and pass to the full vehicle data to the new owner. Highly reccomend it!
Useless at 1 vehicle only, then charging $20 usd for another? Their pricing model is ridiculous, particularly when they could be storing all this in a single google cloud account for nothing. Actually, 1 star because I don't agree with your pricing model seems entirely appropriate, if you had a better feature set and thus the customers you wish you had )fleets) you wouldn't have to try to gouge.
Awesome features. Unfortunately unable to upload any of my documents ( registration, insurance card, etc. App closes after taking photo, or picking one from gallery. Even upgraded to see if that would help, negative.
this app is great when it wants to work. I've tired uninstall and reinstall. nothing works. it keeps crashing at random times. it backs out of a page as I'm in the middle of typing.
Love the app. I use it for RV maintence. I would like to see additions to make using it for RV's easier. Propane for example is sold by pounds. Ive been able to adapt this to make it work but RV additions would be great! Thanks
Love this app, it's so comprehensive and keeps all of my records within thumbs reach! Sometimes between uses it logs you out without warning so that can get annoying if you're at the gas station but otherwise a great app.
Excellent app compliments! One of the most useful apps on my phone. I wish you to consider implementing the export data option so that we could export it here in app instead of going to web portal. Amazing app hats off! 10+
I really liked that app and will need it very soon. I will be looking for other options unless with a lifetime mebership. Im not paying monthly or yearly.
I've used this for a long time without a problem, very useful and user friendly. Now I have a other car, which I added no problem. But when I entered a service record for it, it WOULD NOT SAVE IT. Has this gotten buggy? 🤔
App was working fine. But i cannot login via the app in playstore anymore. I'm still able to login via Google Chrome. There must be some kind of bug. Please resolve it.
Never got past signing up. My password has more than 8 characters, mutiple captial letters, multiple numbers & multiple special characters. Maybe the parameters are too narrow for my security. 🤷♂️
So far, this app is pretty kickass, and at the moment all I would change is the free version to do at least three vehicles, (or lowering cost of upgrading) putting in cost at the pump instead of price per gallon, and long press to delete specific logs instead of swiping. Edit: Taking a road trip was a pita. With no cell connectivity, I still had to write down fuel logs because the free version is DESIGNED to not let you save if you're offline.. That's BS IMO Edit 2: Would not save over free wifi
