Downloaded again as it was uninstalled in an attempt to get it working properly, I already have an account. I now cannot select UK or GB as the default country and English as the language when trying to configure it? The app used to be better than this in the early days, easy to use, stable and efficient. The upgrades / redesign of the app has made it much worse.

This is one of the biggest problems in Switzerland, once online shopping store is in Switzerland the option for language is for swiss people. Guys you should understand English is universal especially in the business world. For instance bank like UBS or credit suisse treat clients with English included. Don't limit your self unless your focus is 100% for swiss. I mean not everyone who work here must speak your languages.

The app is borderline unusable. The product list seems great, however after ordering 2/3 of my order still has not arrived it's been 4 weeks. Complete scam, you pay extra for items to be "prepared" with priority but in reality that means absolutely nothing, the shipping time is well over 2 weeks

There are more products in this web store than in mine but they are all hovering over this place and I never appear to be able to obtain. On the other hand. A Releasy of diesel processing has the potential to increase car parts life spam quality for many years. To come. I Understand that some have been troubled in, passing delivery, but then if course you have to actually have am address that has more than a label and a doorbell. Still. An excellent insight in the new sensation of car arts.

Ambitious and pleasant graphics. Really impressive looks. Still needs some coding work in terms of usability. Navigation should allow me to go to wherever I want without having to go back using arrows. Or at least it should take my back to the home screen from wherever I am. Also when browsing products I should be able to tap photo to enlarge. It didn't work for me with most wheel covers. Option to purchase as guest would be a bonus too.

App needs more work to function properly. - Doesn't keep you signed in, have to repeatedly log in. - Items disappear from the cart so if you don't buy there and then, it's gone. - Some issues when navigating through menus (i.e. the back button does work on some sub-menus so you have to start from the main menu) Only reason to use this app is the free shipping. You're better off using the website to find your parts, then when you have a list, search and buy on the app there and then.

Adding items to cart removes previous items in cart. App is useless in it's current state. Very frustrating as free shipping is only available via the app... Update: They have now fixed the issue mentioned above. Now the next issue is that it's not possible to pay with card, no matter which address or card I use it will get declined. Leaving my review at 1 star as the app now just wastes even more of your time.

Something is wrong with the app since last update. I try to put several items into the basket, but the previous item is always removed. So only 1 item can be in the basket. Please fix it. (1 month ago I made a purchase with the app, at that time it worked with no issue)

I was looking for a used Auto Parts app. When I came across this gem and downloaded it. I clicked on the app it asked me to select my country. Well I live in the United States and there's no United States option in the list I wish that there would have been a better notification before I downloaded it this was just for Europe I first noticed when it's when I looked at the catalog and the way catalog was spelled. So honestly I really don't know the quality of the app because I never got to use it

App doesn't work, basket doesn't update when items are added, just deletes what's already there. Also doesn't import basket from Web browser correctly, completely useless and you're charged for shipping on the browser, while it's free on the app.

Have to login every few minutes. Payment with creditcard fails. And if you call support they tell you that you should finish the order on your pc, and will get the shipping costs back after mailing them. But after paying and mailing: no response, no money back. Big letdown :(. Products are good though.

Really well priced and shipped relatively quickly. However My partner entered the reg no. for our vehicle (I've checked and this bring up the correct make, model and year) to get some new headlight bulbs, the bulbs suggested by the site, purchased and recieved are not at all a match for our car, they're not even the same fitting! My main gripe is that there seems to be no email or online contact form to request a return or exchange for the correct bulbs, hence my writing this here.

App is easy to use! But first-time used for my vehicle ordered parts by putting in reg of my car payed 96.25 eur for parts, came wrong! Except oil filter cost 5/6€. Emailed Mr auto no answer!!! Tried phone given on the app, no luck either 😥 Previously was ordering on my laptop out of 6-7 orders only one was wrong. Read Mr Auto Policy you need to see the parts through the box are they right or not... Otherwise can't return it! In my opinion it's too much of a gamble!!

Couldn't complete a purchase with app. Tried numerous times but stuck with white screen after attempting payment. Forced to use website and not avail of app only free postage. Might not persevre next time and just look somewhere else

Update after update after update... many updates sent, but the problem remains the same. almost all the comments in the last 6 months is talking about the same problem (loop bug crashing) . the app is not working it is keep looping... why french devloppers are not that good as other countries devloppers... this is really dispointing :(

Great interface and selection of items but when I add items to the basket it deletes the items I had in the basket already making the app near impossible to use. Get this fixed and you'll have a great app on your hands!

Normally get on great with this app. Just wasted literally an hour adding things to my basket, to find they had disappeared. Each time I add a new item I loose the previous item added. Dated 16jan21

I think Is better to take off ( free shipping -from 49€ only on App ) because people were complaining for the last 6 months about the application but never been fixed , so the problem is meant to be , just to push customers to use the website and pay for the shipping , it's a waste of time to keep trying to use the application, 1M downloads worthless

For some reason the app never allows me to pay off my debit card. It always refuses it even though Mister Auto's website always accepts the same card.A shame because you have to spend £50 for free shipping on the website whereas you only have to spend £29 on the app.

The app is good. But I ordered a part for car and a week later I got an email informing of my cancellation and my refund!! I didn't cancel , Mr. Auto did , didn't have the part. I suggest that Mr. AUTO inform the customer of the problem and offer a solution. The customer is king. Lazy business practice. I had to order all over again.
