CAR PROBLEMS AND REPAIRS

...i like to be the one who does the work on my 2000 gmc jimmy 4×4... a work in progress. .so i know what's been done & needs done (i am by far no mechanic - & still just a girl!) .which makes this app perfect for me! .easy to diagnose problems & also tells you quite clearly what not to do! 😁😁😁

This app is very informational and covers most issues a vehicle can have i feel like having a search option would be.very useful and would make it so people wouldn't quit using it so fast

It's very comprehensive and well explained. Nothing is overlooked and is great for laying a foundation for learning about cars and all their mechanical and electrical systems - understanding how they each work, problems and fixes. Even if you are not mechanically minded you can gain a great deal from this app. There are excellent articles at the end of every section. To close the "Info Links" box at the bottom of the app screen zoom all the way out and close at the top right corner of the box.

When I first installed this application it worked flawlessly. That is until this evening. My youngest daughter came over for dinner. I had bragged about this wonderful application i'd found and she really needed to see it in action. I made sure NO other applications were active. We went into. The family room..... The whole family! I connected my phone to our smart TV .... You know, so everyone could see. I started the application. The normal category screen pops up. I clicked on glossary... BLANK SCREEN. No content. I went back to the main (home) screen, all the categories were there. One by one I selected each category only to see (or not see) any data or for that fact...nothing at all. I rated this application at 5 stars, simply because my experience with it was fantastic. Perfect. Just plain wonderful.....! I will uninstall and snap a few photos, then reinstall. Hope that clears up the problem as I really do like this application.

I have no words to describe the amount of useful information I have just read & I am absolutely sincere! Wow! I have an OBD II Scanner but have never understood enough about it to really use it properly. I do now. Sensors are now my friends and codes too. I read until my phone battery died. Truly fantastic info. Thank You.. I just noticed that that I still had some remaining text available so once again. Thank You.!!!

It is a very helpful app for quick consultations for maintenance, but i would be very thankful if auto-electrical faults and remedies were to be included. also if basic car maintenance was categorised according to vehicle type and models; different cars indicates different dashboard lights as a signal for a faulty component.

It has always been a first source of do it yourself kit that installs confidence before getting to the garrage. It is a wonderful application. There should be more on clutch. There is always room for improvement. Information on the current electronic cars should start featuring.

Ok app, but leaves a lot of questions that could have been answered. There are also other basic problems that were not mentioned. Its more like an explanation of how combustion engines work and/or how to guess why it isnt working. Obd2 codes are not mentioned and simple things like engine sputtering or tire pressure or window- door lock systems werent referenced. I cant expect that EVERY part of a car could be discussed, but at least ones that can be fixed by everday person maybe could be.

this is one of the better apps i have ever downloaded. it has a lot of useful information. not to mention little tricks and short cuts nobody likes to reveal. i highly recomend this app if your trying to do your own work. or learning about someone working on your car. its great knowledge to poses.

Clear, detailed info (with illustrations) on car systems, likely causes of problems, and tips how to pinpoint issues. Not a substitute for a good mechanic, of course, but an excellent resource for the average car owner.

It's simple, the only thing that loads is the homepage. All others say try later it may be temporarily down but I have been trying for weeks and I had sent an email with no response. Great idea, terrible execution.

Very helpful not a bunch of garbage, is in English. I make sure I have this app on my phone at all times and gets transferred when I get a new phone, just as important as reliable as Google. Thank you very much Ephiema!

I think it's a good app because every time I'm working on my vehicles and I'm having issues I come back to the app and look it up and it helps me understand how the process works actually helps me figure out how to fix the situation easier keep up the good work

I'm looking for the problems I'm having on my vehicle and it's not there, like VSA(vehicle stability assist). What's causing it and try to understand how it works and how it is triggered, then I can probably try and fix it. That's why I give your app a 3 start rating. But over all it is a good reference for general vehicle maintenance and repair.

So far this app has been very helpful for me in a few ways from diagnosing the problems to trouble shooting the issues at hand and figuring it out and fixing it on my own which in turn saved me a bunch of money by not having to take it to a mechanic shop. Keep up the good work. I'm greatly thankful for finding this app.

very helpful app to help you diagnose/ troubleshoot your cars engine problems but need to have something about transmissions .like if you have to hold it in gear when its in 1 st and second . but not in the higher gears or reverse

Finding a car's problem and fixing it, has become much easier with the use of your "Car Problems and Repair" mobile application. As an added bonus, you are able to save money by not having to go to a commercial car repair shop. Thumbs up to a job well done. 👍

At first,when I saw the app,I thought it was just a scam as some others do. But,when I installed it,I found it the most useful on my phone. I recommend to each and everybody. Such a great app with less storage. Keep it up,developers.

This is basically a link to their website. The text is tiny and not optimized for mobile devices. The information is not available offline, which defeats the whole purpose if you break down without cell service.

A great idea and I'm very grateful that you are allowing this out there for free. I was really hoping that the app would have a solution to my navigation system as my car has lost all of its data and thinks I'm in Germany.

The app describe each and every system of vehicle in a very simple and clear way with their problems (minor/major). And ways to mitigate the problem.

Great app does exactly as It promised... Can't ask any more than that of an app. The only reason it doesn't get five stars it's because I'm still waiting for a five-star app. A five-star app will allow me to plug in my 1981 Toyota pickup and give me the info on the r22 engine that's in it. It will have the engine info on the 3.5 L Mitsubishi Montero sport whatever I own it'll have that's a five star app otherwise for the Good As It gets

Amazing app! I've used app for not just car issues but I have used this for a guide to know a little more when needing a Mechanic to give an estimate and or what the job may intale. (Non be the wiser) including this app to study whatever the mechanic is explainig, to be sure I'm not scammed like before by a garage, Gives me Knowledge! One garage dId some unpro stuff to my brakes In end this was one of the apps I studied to learn all bout brakes. Got my full $$$ back including core price.😁
