Very third class app and service. They take full payment in advance and then take ages to ship the part. The worse part is that they don't even bother to attend to the customer's request for information regarding the order. Pathetic service and pathetic application. Wonder why such a fraudulent application is present on the Play Store.

The experience is worst... I ordered for a catylatic converter and paid advance and there is no progress in the shipment for almost 20 days and the product didn't dispatched... I contacted to the helpline and there is no response from them.... Now I want to cancel my product and there is no option for cancellation or refund.... I'm going to file a case in consumer court against them no matter what it takes I want my money back

I honestly can't put in words how absolutely fantastic my first transaction with partsbigboss was. Items were exactly as shown on the website. Was easy to find the items on website. excellent price,finished quality product, fast delivery and most of all huge discounts. Will definitely be using in the near future for further supplies.

I order parts from you guys and it does not fit the car and now from trying to turn it but I don't see any option to do so. Parts come quick and there was no trpuble in fitting them. Have ordered spoiler with paint job and its is very interesting feature when thorugh on online palatform you can get spoiler coloured of your choice of colour and that too with 100% exact finish. Packing is done in a very nice manner. Not even a single scratch was found on the products all thanks to the packaging team.

Unbelievable how quick and simple the process was. So efficient from start to finish without any issues whatsoever. Replacement is always a nightmare with boodmo as it takes very long time for pickup and delivery but here I never had any issue with refund and replacement. Strongly recommend.

One of the most customer centric platform and I have personally experienced it with my recent 5-6 orders. Not even a single order is delayed. Daily order status is update through WhatsApp. Whenever I had any issue with the product quality or received damaged it has been sorted within 2-3 days. If you are looking for timely delivery go for it guys.

This site is a perfect one, for these people who are looking for genuine spare parts and don't for months like we have do in Boodmo. Liked the fact that no courier charge is taken for orders and if there is any issue with replacement it is always resolved within 24 hrs. Easy to find exact fitting spare parts. Interface is fantastic. I would highly recommend this site to everyone.

Delivery was quick. It was the only good experience. But they delivered a wrong part. From there on it was a bad experience all through. Followed up multiple times, for a replacement, on their support email/customer care number/ WhatsApp number. Every time I call I get the assurance that the part will be replaced/amount will be refunded. But nothing after that. I have lost hope that something would be done. Consider yourself lucky if you get the right part delivered. Else throw it and move on.

Easy buying experience and item arrived as described. Had issue with one of the product (Bumper) and it was resolved with best in class- professional manner: I emailed their customer service department to see if they could offer any assistance. Got reply within 15 mins and the order was replaced within 3 days. ease of ordering products with hassle free replacement policy, its as thing to go for.

Bad experience, idea behind the app is good, but the support is pathetic. I was shipped a wrong part and since more than a month I am only writing emails, which are never replied or wrongly replied. I don't expect much from them now. Will consider this portal again if they are able to resolve. If not, bye bye for ever.

Received notice that my package was delivered. I did not have it. I contacted customer support and they immediately started the process to find out where it was. They were in constant contact and had the driver retrace the package. It was delivered to the wrong address. He retrieved the package and delivered within a day. Job well done!. It has the best user interface. Best offer at right time and the delivery guys are good and well mannered. They provide notifications when there some worthy offers which are useful to us. They keep the application very updated which helps us lot and brings more features and options that a user needs. Cannot be trusted. When parts were ordered they sent wrong parts in the first case inspite of confirming before ordering. Then when it comes to replace the product was a real challenge to contact the customer service team as no one responds back to you. In the end you land up with wrong parts even after paying for return of product. I wonder if they continue to do business like this, no customer or client can trust them. Pathetic service....

Placed the order on 10th and delivered on 12th morning thats how amazon prime works and was surprised that these guys have standards at par with amazon. they have some good products. i done online shopping by other websites for many times before. BUT never face that much bad customer service like is app. So, if you going to buy something form is app remember these things :- They act like helping you but they really do nothing. they don't pick and cells and On what'sapp they always ONLINE but never solve your problems by not giving reply. at the and the cash on delivery is not available in my case. SO, I still empty handed looking for parts.
