Easy access to the app successfully borrowed, repaid 2weeks down the line repayment status has not been updated. Sent mails that were replied 10days later with no assistance. Even after i shared the transaction message still havent gotten help. Very poor customer service team
The app is pretty cool easy to access but they haven't given me my loan yet neither have my verification code been sent to me plz and the time given for me to get the loan 2day's is too much still the best part of this app is d interest rate is pretty OK am loving this app... This Carbon is a trusted and reliable online loan app, With very low interest. I got my first time loan and also i even repay it before the due time, its surely i got deduction almost half of the interst. I am currently got my 2nd time loan. The only problem is that, the loan limit is too small hope you will going to advance it
I can't rate this app untill my case is solved...sooo many Ads everytime i click continue or submit it loads an Ad and or an Ad pops up...talk to customer care wait for 2-3 mins ....why?why? How can i apply the loan then with all that??can someone help here please

Although I am yet to get my first loan from carbon branch, I can tell from the efficiency of the app that it is excellent, reliable and super fast in response. On the down side, I must point out that the process takes so long a time that may leave disappointing feedback at the tail-end of it all. Till date, I've been unable to successfully secure a loan.
