Carbon Health

This app is practically unusable on my device. Almost every button I press either results in breaking the UI or takes an extremely long time to load the next section. Sometimes I click on something in the location tile card and the entire app crashes.

Great job. I want to add that it is fast and you only need to take the test. The results immediately go to the app and can be downloaded in several formats. I showed it in Japan and the Philippines and there was no problem. No one even cared about onehealthpass though which cost $100 from the Philippines government.

TERRIBLE! These people do not know anything about medicine. Everyone is in training, yet no leader to direct them. I was poked twice for sirology without success, for testing. I stopped them from poking me again! The place is empty (no patients), and I can understand why.

Best urgent care available in the area. The providers are nice and positive. They always made me feel like I'min good hands. The treatment plan it always helped as well. Thank you for your continued support and service 🙏

The team members were very friendly and patient, and flexible of the changes I had to make when I showed up at the testing site. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs COVID travel testing certificate to Japan.

Sense I've been employed and using this app through my job it gives me another to stay up on my health. And besides that that Carbon Staff is awesome and communicates very well.

I've been using Carnon Health as an auxiliary supplement to my HMO for diabetes care and they have been wonderful in helping me manage my condition by giving me access to services and solutions I would otherwise not have. Love the care my specialist is giving me. She goes the extra mile to make sure I understand everything.

In the app you can get test results. That's good. But when the results include xrays, all they give you is a low image. I tried in vain to get full res but they tell me that for privacy reasons I have to drive back to them and get the images on a USB. That makes no sense. Either your app is insecure, in which case you shouldn't send be sending me a radiology report stating I have a broken clavicle in the app, or it's secure in which case you should provide the actual images.

Great and fast service. Totally recommended.

Staff is wonderful. App freezes often.

Annoying as hell. Keeps putting white windows when I'm typing, you can't go back to edit anything, the area to assess your symptoms also gets a white window over it, the text is cut off by the screen, so much hassle to delete your account, and you have to use your front camera to take a photo of your insurance that it won't even accept. If I could give this app zero stars and throw it against a wall, I would.

The app crashes everytime I try and pull my vaccine info. Android user.

Crashes when entering data. Was unable to enter insurance info, was unable to sign medical hippa forms, was unable to book an appointment. On pixel 3a XL android 12

The app is really bad! I couldn't save or share the normal report for a COVID test in PDF format (the Hawaii one was ok, but I didn't need the Hawaii one). The normal report in PDF format comes out with all boxes greyed out and some boxes containing random letters but mostly blank. Ended up taking a screenshot of the report with a collection date and emailing that to myself so I could print it from another computer. Please fix the PDF sharing function for COVID test results!

I love appointment only. Doctor Emily, is wonderful. She is patient, and kind which, I did not expect from quick care 😀

This app is horrible. Slow first off, off course on location. Plus you only get help when you use the app. Cannot walk in. 99.99% it doesn't accept insurance or scan card. I filled out everything and I cannot move forward to the next screen without completely filling out the app in which I did. Waste of time go elsewhere.

I filled out a COVID symptom checker once out of curiosity, and now they won't stop spamming me with a text message every single day that I have a message and need to download the app. The message is them "checking in" on my symptoms, even though I had none to begin with. No option to turn off messages, either through text message, on app, or on website. I feel harassed.

I like being able to interact with my doctors via chat, and get results and schedule etc. It feels private, but it's convenient and easy to use, which helps me feel more engaged with and enthusiastic about staying on top of my health. You also answer health questions prior to appointments which i find much more engaging and easy at home, than filling out paper work, or documents over email. It's the little things! Who knew?!

The app doesn't even work... I tried booking an appointment. Automatic insurance upload fails after multiple attempts. You can't even manually enter your insurance card because auto fill is broken and you can't take a photo of your insurance card. It just doesn't give you the option. It's almost hilarious how bad this app is.

Never works. Each time they send me an email asking me to download or open the app for a message, it won't accept the password. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy flip 3. Plus the app is extremely slow and unresponsive on the sign in page.

Offensively bad app. It reflects poorly on the company that they not only allow such a buggy piece of garbage to be their frontend, but that they force their clients to use it instead of receiving results through email. If you're reading this review, cancel your appointment with Carbon before it's too late and find a provider who respects your time.

Promising, but has many UI glitches. Overlapping / unreadable text, blank screens where there should be real information, and general lack of visual hierarchy makes it feel half-finished.

Fast and efficient service Nice facility.

Carbon health itself is great so far but android app leaves much to be desired. The wirhings integration doesn't work. Frequently the app crashes and there is no work around. Seems half baked

It was easy to use, quick, and the simplest app I've ever used. Easy to understand and I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. The Nurse Practitioner was timely, professional, and very thorough. I want to use is app or find ones like it for any other doctor appointments I may need that I don't have time to sit half the day in an office for while being in terrible pain. Best Ever!!!!

Great idea, but functionless app. Trying to take a picture of insurance cards in the app pixelate it beyond readability, and then manually entering it requires uploading a picture of the card anyway, which it doesn't accept. The Medical History tab has no edit button, so it can't be updated prior to a visit.

The app works pretty good and super convenient. Only downside is the message board can be a bit confusing as you receive multiple messages from different sources with different information but all in all its still a good app.

Had a Covid scare last December and Carbon was the closest place for a walk-in. Signed up and installed the app and got my results in a few days. A couple months later I was looking for a new GP and decided to give Carbon a try. Couldn't be more pleased, this app facilitates a lot of my communication with the staff, who are super nice and professional, and I can book an appointment if I feel like I need to go in. Easy to use and very convenient.

Downloaded the app but cannot login. It requests my phone number and says to wait for an authorisation code, which does not come. This is the worst, as I need test results to get on my plane. Because of this faulty app I will miss my flight and be stuck at the wrong end of the country. Disastrous, avoid.
