The app is great! Perfect for managing my money. The only complaints I have are that it doesn't remember my email when I go to login, it doesn't always send me notifications when I receive money or spend, and everytime I log in I have to re-select my preferences on enabling quick balance and notifications. My choices never stick. Other than those I love the app! It makes it super easy to have more than one account and switch between those accounts.
I have had the app for 1 month and so far it has been very useful and easy to use. I like the fact that there is a quick balance option but the only thing with this is anyone who may have access to your device can view your balance. I also like the instant check deposit service, i have used it 3 times with no issues.. I would like to see an update for the quick balance if possible but so far a very good app.
Very useful app and extremely easy to navigate and set up. Auto bill pay, budget and savings, no-cost transfer to like card and no monthly fee if you have direct deposit set up and your monthly deposit total is >$999.99. So far I've found nothing negative to report about this app or service. Definitely recommend to people that want to pick out their own personal with hundreds, if not thousands, of designs to choose from.
Really proficient app. Not really problematic. The app, itself, is easy to navigate and operating the system is very functional. The only thing I had an issue with is with extra fees the debit card the app is for( such as maintenance fee, money transfer fees, ect). But I have my own ignorance and lack of patience to blame-I should have read the fine print in its entirety. All and all, this is definitely a recommendable product and service I'd be glad to stand behind. Thanks k you!
Great app!! My only complaint is the monthly fee for the "family of cards" option. It's a little bit high I think... Then again, I think the individual monthly fee is a bit too much, too!! But besides that though, very pleased with this app. The check upload is a great feature to have on my phone. Saves me time and frustration messing around having to go to check cashing places and what-not... I'd recommend this app to anybody who doesnt have access to a regular bank account.
I've had my card for 3+ years and never had an issue. Until recently. Got three cards, super annoyed I can't pick another design that I'm stuck with it for life apparently. Desperately needed to be able to deposit checks through the app but that's impossible. Dealing with customer service is also a huge nightmare. Pretty clueless and unfriendly even though they're controlling YOUR money.
For someone with no credit and not a lot of income I thought the 10$ fee was still kind of high. But the huge assortment of designs you can get are with it all by it self. Add how quickly the card came, how easy to set up, and use the card and app it's more than worth it. They stay on top of things too. *I'm disputing a charge at the moment, I'll let you know how they handle it.
I'm only giving 3 stars, because I feel that the terms of the fees are a little misleading and I think the monthly fees are too high, especially when you also have to pay a fee everytime you load the card, also when you read the terms of the card it says you can have THREE cards for just one monthly fee. To me it made it sound as if you are only charged the $9.00 for all three cards combined, but instead you are charged a $9.00 monthly fee for each individual card! I love the app!
This is a very basic application. What's very contrasting and also makes it unique despite it's very basicnes, is you can cash checks, mange you're money, link the card to your phone and email, you can order and shut the card down with no effort, and you can add money easily. All in all, not a bad app. It's convenience is very useful in many different forms.
Love that there are hundreds of different options for what you want your card to look like, I got 3 & all arrived very quickly. Easy to use & having the app & getting text messages lets me know what I've spent & have to spend. Only issue I've had with the cards is not being able to use them at the gas pump. Other then that, no issues. Thank you.
Love card. Com Easy. Fast. Dependable. Reliable.Love getting paid 2 days early. And no fee if u have direct deposit. Instant release from direct deposit. the only thing I don't like is having to be charged $5 for any time that I want to add money to my card. I think that should only be a dollar. I especially like all the cars that you have to choose. They're really cool and pretty lovely. Not sure about overdraft protection baby being able to only overdraft $10 that would be a good option.
I love the card designs and that you can have up to 3. I've never had any issues using card, with transactions, or reaching customer service. I have a regular bank account and debit card but I love using this one and since setting up portion of check to direct deposit, have had no monthly fees. Highly recommend. Only bad thing is on website the card designs are garbled and difficult to view, can see them fine through the app.
Worst prepaid debit card company I've ever had to deal with. Go with any other company other than this one. The only good thing about it is the personalized debit cards. I recommend PayPal who I currently have and I will stay with and have NO ISSUES with. When you call customer service they give you an option to speak with someone right away. Not this company. The computer will repeat and repeat as long as you allow them! Terrible experience and terrible customer service
The card service is ok but the fact that they charge 10$ a month is why I won't use it. Im struggling just like everyone else and when so many other banks are free. Other than that I would use it. I love the cards and cute designs. But I don't like getting on there to see a negative balance cuz I didnt use it that month or having $10 of my money taken soon as I add a little bit.
Everytime I open the app. I have to go through the setup. All I want is to fill out the password and that's it. It gets frustrating having to fill out the questions everytime . Push notifications bell will not stay on. Can someone please fix the push notifications switch it wont stay on. push notification issues.
I've had absolutely no issues with the actual card. My money transfers right away or when it says it will, it's always on time, BUT My app will not update anything on its own. I always have to refresh or go out and back in. On my phone before this I uninstalled then reinstalled and it was great but now on my new phone its back to the same thing. Are you guys planning on updating your system anytime soon? The apps is very convenient and makes things move quicker!
I like the fact that all my friends have one and we are connected in a way that makes it easy, convenient, fast, inexpensive and secure, when sending or receiving funds from one another. The best advantage, to me, is the early direct deposit of my checks. Even the multiple options, when it comes to card designs, personalizes the whole package. GET THE CARD!
I loaded 4 checks. In any brick and mirror bank it does not. Take 10 days to clear a check. As soon as they clear the funds are available. The card is in violation of the uniform commercial code article 3 (commercial paper) in that application. Also once you choose the no fee option of 10 days. And you have an emergency. They do not give you the option to pay the fee to access your funds. And lastly they do not list the checks you have deposited under the no fee option that are pending.
It was easy to set up, great security and I wasn't locked out . And now about 60 dollars short; I put on card 3 weeks ago!!!! They refuse to release my deposit. Last time less than 24 hrs was returned. If you're expecting to use as a security deposit don't get the ,Card ,they won't put it back. Im going to lose a job and place to live over this. Never again!!!
I've used CARD for years, the app is very limited in performance. And do not even bother trying to use the "contact us" link, because absolutely NO ONE is ever going to respond. Never. And if your card happens to get locked down for any number of reasons, they're not even going to notify you. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with someone to fix my card, and it qas a 3 minute issue!! After about a year, my deposits just randomly wouldn't process. Dont bother calling, they wont do anything.
