A very challenging and highly addictive strategy game. Love the concept, gameplay and overall presentation. Since your success always depends on a little luck on how the cards fall, it never gets boring and you can continuously improve yourself and your score. The daily heist and the highscore contracts available at the hideout will also really get your brain cells into overdrive. The Tutorial is good, but I have to agree that it could be a little more extensive. Still an awesome game.

A good game but with a lot of missed potential and unexplained missing features. For example, what is the purpose of "stolen goods"? And what is the menu at the very bottom of the screen with posters? I like the design of the main menu and the game itself is fun, but I hope it gets more updates/content

Fantastic! Core gameplay loop is undeniably habit-forming. Accessible mechanics interplay to foster a delightfully challenging emergent strategy. As a tabletop enthusiast, I wouldnt mind a physical adaptation of this game. The art-style is complimentary, fun, and enjoyable to look at. This one stays on my phone :)

Very clever game. Well crafted theme, artistically brilliant. I personally find magpies to be fascinating creatures. Friend of mine had one once, called it Beverly. Super smart too, taught it a few human phrases and generally anything he taught it to do the bird just crushed it. It's hilarious walking into someone's crib and being greeted by a bird saying "wha gwaan, breadcrumb?" Strangely, the bird could also create wormholes at random and just vanish at will

The game mechanic is brilliant and engaging. The overall execution is dissappinting: the UI is ambigous and a lot of feautures are unexplained.

The tutorials are really helpful and easy to understand. I don't usually play card games cuz they're not really my thing but I think this game is an exception. I love this game a lot!

What a great game this is in this day and age. Fun and interesting gameplay, fantastic art style, no intrusive ads. 10/10

Card Master has a unique concept. A theif has to navigate dungeons and steal treasure without getting caught by guards. However, I found this game boring. The concept could be better executed, and they could add more variations of cards. I played for 3 hours, and hardly anything changed at all from the start. I would have enjoyed this game better if they changed the theme of the cards every level(there are four levels). Instead, the only change in levels is the addition of a few new cards.

I love the aesthetic and gameplay, and for that alone I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. However, there isn't enough to do. Additional towers and quests beyond the main four, gaining/working with allies, putting the loot to good use, jailbreaks, giving the whole game some kind of storyline that's maybe not so obvious but still goes somewhere ... Any of that would be fantastic. Overall an awesome game, but still has a lot of potential!

A very peculiar game that grabbed my attention more than I expected! With it's unique art style, the game presents itself as a relatively straight forward card game with a few clear goals. What captivated me was the dynamic of each new run giving unique challenges, changing how you play. If you get greedy trying to bolster a chests value, you won't have enough moves to pick it up. The use of illuminated cards/enemies to change it's adjacent cards values is another. Awesome game WELL worth a try!

The Card Thief is really interesting game with new rules to play, but there is lack of player or character level-up and any other reason to continue playing after some time. Like competition mode is not enough, in addition there is feeling it was developed in a hurry or just for the tick. Maybe the background story would be nice to see. Or new characters, for example, we have a thief and will be cool to see guard-antagonist. Field 3x3 seems small for the idea, game needs updates in that I think.

My second game from this dev. He does great work. Easy to learn. Hard to master. Always enjoyable.

Pros: Beautiful graphics, good atmospheric music, play whenever you want, this was a very addictive game for about a week. Cons: The equipment interface is a little clunky and confusing. The tutorials aren't very helpful, and even after beating all four castles, I still don't fully understand the mechanics of the game. Also, with only four castles, you'll run out of things to do very quickly, and the daily puzzle and the three bounties aren't enough to keep coming back.

Surprisingly engaging. Well-designed, intuitive, and with fascinating characters and visuals. As noted throughout the reviews, this game is incredible, but it lacks a purpose. Once you've completed the map, unlocked/upgraded everything etc., there isn't really an incentive to continue playing. I would suggest some sort of plot and a purpose for the treasure (besides rankings). Still, none of this changes the fact that Card Thief is an awesome game.

The game is genuinely free and has no intrusive ads whatsoever. That alone is worth high praise, and it's worth at least checking the game out. I found the learning curve to be fine, but ultimately it still felt too random. The aesthetic also feels directionless and the progression is clearly slowed way down so as to mask a general lack of content.

Honestly I was looking for different gameplay when I first got this. I admit, at first I was disappointed when it didn't turn out like I wanted it... But then... I played it. I was completely wowed. So simple, it's decieving. There is an extreme amount of depth and strategy to this game when it's just choosing a pathway in a set of 9 cards. (3x3 grid) With a beautiful art style thrown into the mix, this makes for an amazing casual puzzle/strategy game. Great job on this one guys! :D

Was so ready to give this a 5 star: it's fun, it's incredibly interesting for a mobile game, the art style is so charming. Problem is, I've recently been getting a bug where my game gets stuck on any loading screen aside from loading in the initial game then any option. Quite frustrating after a while. If this gets fixed, I'd definitely change to a 5 star.

Extremely fun and innovative game with fantastic graphics, music, gameplay, rules and design. It's been created with a lot of attention to detail, and, impressively, ads are actually completely optional to accelerate more features and skills. I'm very happy with how much depth there is to the game, since I usually go through free card-based strategy games pretty quickly! Hope to see more.

This is a pretty unique game experience. You are a thief trying to sneak around a small map, avoiding being detected and pilfering the gold from unsuspecting enemies. The more you move, the easier it is to get captured. Find the exit, get high scores based on how much treasure you leave with. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars for me was that the base game was short. There are daily maps and challenges, but that doesn't leave much to play in between. Still recommend trying it.

Graphics are great and it's pretty fun, but it has issues. One goal is collecting gold, but all that does is increase your score, so if you don't care about high scores, there's no reason to get them. The other goal is getting seals from chests, but the time it takes to open them increases exponentially based only on how many you've opened, not its level. Higher levels chests are harder to get, but only have a higher level of 'stolen goods', which do... Nothing? Again, no reason to try harder.

Honestly great game, I've had a lot of fun playing it, but I cannot, for the life of me, make it save my progress. I've lost all of my progress so many times now it's frustrating, I've been logged in on Google play and cloud save isn't doing anything too. Honestly I believe save issues are too outdated to exit in 2021, everything is supposed to work automatically anyway. *Edit* nobody's responding so far, I'm quitting this app

absolutely amazing, it's basically a platformer game in the form of a card game which helps it be smaller and take up less space. absolutely love the graphics and how smooth everything is although it does get a bit repetitive and lose its charm when you have to play the same level over and over to get all the insignia. if the game changed slightly with each play, (new guards, new chest etc) it would be much more interesting. however very hooked to it and loving it so far.

one of my favourite games rn. its challenging, at time frustrating when you star playing the new castles but all in all a really dope game with a really cool design concept and execution. the only reason I can't make myself give it 5 stars is the tutorial in the beginning. the instructions are a bit unclear and explained well so the games has a bit of a learning curve, it not something major, however it's very frustrating since you wont be able to pass if you follow the instructions as they are

Ric. S. Jan 4, 2019

The game is a new and unique approach to stealth game. It's an interesting game with several issues. The game is slow. I don't know why it's so slow when it's basically just a card game. The instructions are incomplete. There are plenty of game mechanics left unexplained, and I only figure it out after some trial and error, but even now, I still don't understand what's the usage of some items you gain from the chest. The 'daily heist' is broken. Every time I play that mode, the game hang.

This one has to be my favorite game by TinyTouchTales. It's a bit more complicated than the rest of 'em but it also has the best sense of progression throughout the game. You move on the map up to the more challenging castles, collecting rewards which allow you both to obtain skills and compete in three daily challenges. Also you have to complete quests to upgrade your skill cards. This combined keeps you motivated and striving to achieve aforementioned goals.
