Had this app over a year now and it works well. Card alerts are priceless and being able to turn cards on or off is the the best security possible for your credit cards. One big problem, cards I no longer have, I have found no way to delete them without uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then putting all my cards back in. THIS IS A HASSLE!! Fix this and it is a easy five star.
I'll misplaced my card or lose it at any time... it puts me in control of it... I love that I can turn it off and on whenever I want to It's quick and easy to control what goes on with my card now without having to go to the bank to straighten some of the problems that might occur... love it so far!!!
Great app. The only thing upon opening app is, it sits there with circle in upper right corner. Every time, I have to touch on the Home option to continue. As of Oct 2020 , no matter which wifi or phone service connected to, says server could not be reached. No app update available.
Great app. Unfortunately, someone got my card info and I was able to stop most purchases. The only thing I was not able to stop was a subscription to a streaming service. I couldn't stop their steaming service sub payments and allow my legitimate ones to go through.
Use to work fine. Giving network failure message. On 5G 200mbps +, Note 20 Ultra 5G on Android 11. On top of that if I want to take a screenshot on my phone let me. I think it is chicken S#$t to block that on my device. Update Uninstaller for the 3rd time and now it works. Still don't like the inability to screenshot on my device. I usually delete the apps that do this, but if I want to use the app I have no choice.
When working app is fine. I am constantly losing connectivity to the server leaving me unable to lock/unlock my card. I have it loaded on two separate phones and keep having the same issues.
Nothing But Hassle! I turned my debit card off completely, but SOMEHOW today I had 2 charges on debit card resulting in negative balance and overdraft fees!! Why even bother turning the card off when it's still allowed to be used?? This app is stupid and nothing but a waste of time! Last week I turned it off, then a day later turned it on again. Waited like 5-10 minutes then tried to pay for gas - got declined!
This is a great app. It notifies me when each transaction takes place and how much it is. My only problem has been that the icon for the app will not show up on my phone. I have to open the app in play store.
Feel very safe and secure with Card Command
This app could be a good thing but it has the hardest password setting ever. When you call the bank to ask questions they are even at a lost. I had to completely uninstall the app. Maybe later it will get better.
This is one of the more helpful apps I have ever used. It allows you to turn your card off when not in use. That is only one of the features as there are several that can be used with this app. I highly recommend this app to anyone interested in controlling your debit cards.
Hit and miss, after the new update in 2020 the fingerprint no longer works for whatever reason the app states unknown error I have reinstalled re did my prints in my phone and same issue, worked good until the update,app does not like for you to clear the cache either
Unusable since the last update. The app will not connect to or maintain a connection to the server for more than a second. There is a bug in it.
I used this app at a fast food drive thru and was told about the charge before they handed me my card back. I live that it doesn't take long to let you know
I was really looking forward to using this app but unfortunately I was not able to create an account with them because it is not compatable with my samsung galaxy J3 orbit.
This app is on it. You purchase and it shows up. Someone gets your number, tries to use it, it's denied. Great feeling of security.
This app blows. How can this app constantly have issues? How can you not "reach the server," almost always. Please stop doing 48 hour long maintenance. How the hell am I supposed to change settings when I can't login because you are doing maintenance? That screws me.
So far my experience has been great. I only had one problem when a monthly bill was denied and it was for medical equipment that I use.

Normally I can get on cardcommand, but lately it says no cannot connect to server. But my internet is working. This takes place at least twice a week. Please fix it. Thanks.
