I enjoy using this app. Its easy to use and set up. Haven't really had any problems with it. The subscription is a little annoying with it being in US dollars not UK sterling but that is easily sorted with a quick google convertion. I like that it's a monthly subscription with no contract so you don't feel stuck in something. Wish the app had a feature where you can share a link to others so they can watch too. Other thrn that no problems.

For all those having pain with this app, been there, but it can work perfectly well. Don't have a domain name on your wireless, it won't connect. Only letters to name it, no symbols etc. Then connects easy. You can only look at the cameras via one ACCOUNT. If you try to connect with another phone, register device etc, it thinks you are trying to steal the camera. Just share account details for others to look. It doesn't need subscription to work. SSD card works fine. Actual app is pretty good!

Not user friendly, but gets the job done. It needs a reminder of cloud service expiring, allow video download from cloud without having to save first, bigger thumbnails in the cloud list of videos and silent autoplay so I can easily delete without opening each video. It would also be nice to have a distance limit for a few feet since my street sets it off every car that drives by.

A great app and had no problems setting it up and using it. There is a big delay though in the live feed. Does what it was designed to do. I have tried it on all Samsung phone from S5,S6edge, S7edge, S8+ and S9, windows 7/64bit and 10/64bit and internet browser. Had the live feed streamed 8000 miles away and still worked perfectly. Now though everytime I open the app there is a stupid advert which after paying for the Smart camera there should be no 3rs party adverts. This should be removed since I purchased the camera or I will be removing the app and changing to another brand...

I have be using this software for a year without. Now when I changed the router, as well as wifi name and password, it fails to connect to the internet. It doesn't give the reason for failure that helps to mitigate the issue. I have been trying to connect the camera wirelessly and with the wire, but it doesn't connect. It doesn't clearly why it is not able connect. VERY FRUSTRATING....

I truly dont get how so many people are having problems with this. The cameras work great, i'm using 4 of them, from 2 phones and 2 PC's. literally follow the directions on settings them up and they work exactly like they should. yes, make sure your wifi is able to be used depending on the GHz that the cameras require, if yours doesn't support it. it wont work, simple as that. I've used this across the country while away on military and it works JUST FINE. motion controls work wonderful. night vision works FINE. my only complaint is the product itself, its very plastic and flimsy but what do you expect for a 20-30$ item. 5* app is easy to use , works great. MOST of the problems people are having are User Error. I have moved them from house to house, reinstalled and multiple wifi's without a single issue. so , yes. it is user error. (in most cases)

An otherwise great app showing live and recorded feed which I pay a subscription for, however lately I keep getting ads which interrupt the feed and make me wait to be able to access it. Incredibly frustrating. It's unclear what the ads are even for tbh, and yet still for the last 2 week's I have to wait while it shows me the necessary ad before i can access my feed. please change this! awful user experience and no consideration of those who pay monthly and don't want ads!

please help! for the past month i have been trying to connect the camera via scanning the QR code and NOTHING is happening. i have removed it from the power source, have reset it and STILL nothing. it can recognize the wifi network. I am at my wits end as i dont know what else to do or try. i have even emailed the app people and zero response! such a bad experience.

I am willing to pay you once for taking the ads away on the begining(like buyig a license for using your software), because when i think there is something important going on on the camera at that moment,I want to see it right away,not waiting 5 seconds for the first add to go and then click "X" button to turn off other ads.I also dont want to purchase your expensive plans as i have memory cards that i use and i use my camera for live survailence so i dont need to record on cloud storage. FIX IT

It works with the camera, but there is not many options for motion notification. The connection always need to be reset when you switch to another app even very fast. No option for PIP. And it is quite slow. The camera turn off mode does not.turn off the IR night light. Should have some improvements.on the app and camera integration.

For some reason this app has gotten worse than ever. I'm sick of seeing the ad for cloud services. If someone wants them they will buy but if not then they won't I don't see why they need to run an ad in your feed. It's been so slow and unresponsive since they started running these ads/since the last update. I'm so fed up.

Does plenty with various fair options! Update: Petty. Changes settings so you rely on the Cloud at a monthly cost when I want to use the disk inside the camera. Forces you to pay when not useful to me for my purposes. I paid for the camera so please stop changing MY SETTINGS to record TO the cloud!!! I have a memory card and want to use it.

I need this app sadly but they keep charging me multiple times a month. I'm now at 11 times they have charged me extra and they will not resolve it. I have reached out multiple times, unsubcribed like they told me, unlinked PayPal auto pay, and emailed about 8 times. So I'm just going to have to cancel and find a new camera and app. I do not recommend them unless you want to be charged 2-4 times a month.

Me and my partner both stopped receiving motion detection notofications some time ago. Camera needs to be reset every few days as it looses connection. Also it's impossible to quickly check the video as app needs to be closed and opened several times to work properly...pretty annoyed with it now.

This camera provides me a great deal of comfort when I travel. No matter where I am in the world, I can look in on my dogs and be sure they are well cared for. Using the cloud service I can go back and watch them eat their meals every day. The app is easy to use, the camera was easy to install. The one time I had a problem, CS replied promptly to my email. I liked it so well I bought an outdoor one but haven't installed it yet.

QR code reader doesnt work, took forever to get the first camera set up. Once set up worked fine but couldnt get the second camera set up. Wasted hours trying to get this to work. Complete garbage. Cameras are getting returned.

There seems to be one basic problem with this app. I added a camera and went back to the home page. Then I tried to add another camera and when I touched the + button to get to the add a device menu all that came up was a white page. Whenever I want to try and add a device I have to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to access the add a device menu.

Since the recent update, I can no longer move the camera from the app. I also do not like the app asking if it can constantly run in the background, and constantly push out data about my device and usage, every single time I open it.

Good app! Works most of the time and has enough functions to control my camera. My only wish is that the schedule settings would include a separate time per day, not just a certain time for everyday all the same each day.

I have had nearly a year now was working fine. I now have to reboot cameras to get to work then stop after 5 minutes. This all started after latest update. I refuse to buy subscription as I use sd card. I will be writing a review on Aliexpress as well as my cameras are now redundant and I have seen the same from a lot of other reviews it is happening to them. Until this is fixed they will carry on getting bad reviews. Disappointed is an understatement.

Update 2/22/20..The app works fine, the subscription price is great when there is a sale. Detection notice is about 6 seconds. Without subscriptions, connection was just as good. Overall after moths of service, this camers turned out better than I could have hoped.
