Never works on Android. After it launches and I login it never lets me go further to the actual booking of childcare... Installed and uninstalled multiple times... Nothing changes. I have to use my computer to do the booking but I can't follow up throughout the day because I don't have access to a computer during work... Terrible!!!
I'm experiencing the same as other users. I get caught in a login loop. I can't get past the login page. I've tried downloading several times and rebooting my phone.
The app is really poorly built. Keeps crashing. Lots of popups. No attention to ui. That's on top of pretty bad service of Care@Work.
This service, while helpful is unreliable and their policy changes often without warning. I used to be able to request a caregiver they had previously matched but not anymore. I guess their team has never had to walk out the door while a tot cries your name 4 times a week because each day is with a new stranger. Excellent thing to teach them revolving door of strangers is normal and constant in their lives. #futureamberalert They don't always find help and you call into work 1hr before a shift👎
Not working on android. I can't see messages or even look at my caregivers profile. I end up in a login loop. Looks like this has been reported for at least a year or two with no solution.
I use this app frequently through my company provided backup care. Its amazing to have this access to my benefit when I am in a pinch and need to find a solution on the go!
Every single time ive attempted to use this app. They cant ever find care givers and i was told it was at the time i put in the request but ive even put in a request 11 hours before ive even needed the care (which totally doesnt make sense considering this is supposed to be emergency care) and i still couldnt get care.
App does not work. I can log in, then none of the links work. Even the settings don't open.
I used this app to book a babysitter quickly when my normal babysitter called in sick. This service really helped me out of a jam. So glad my wife gets this benefit from her job.
It's a good app until you get to the uploading of receipt. Multiple times I had issue on uploading the receipt for reimbursement.

Unstable on pure Android 8.1 (Nexus 6p). Crashes almost every time I go to open it.

never actuality lets me message the caretaker thru the app, gives an error message every time.

Great app for a great benefit
Stuck in a loop at login screen. Hit login, asks what company, I select the company, takes me to Login, Hit login, asks what company, select the company, takes me to Login.
Abysmal interface. It seems to forget things you've entered in the past (but not all things). You can have account level notes that don't get used when you book via app. Their support confirmed that i had account level preferences but encouraged me to re type the preferences whenever making a new booking as well. What's the point of account level notes? You often have to call them anyway to wrangle details and they have made a lot of mistakes. I only use this because it's free from my company.
