Please don't take any service from them as they are an fraudulent company and doesn't even issue an "Invoice" for possible Tax evasion. They only issue a "Memo" which doesn't have any value. I am going to report this fraudulent practice to appropriate Govt. Dept and Sales Tax office. Please be very Alert!
Everyday they assign the Attendant n in Morning the person assigned is No Show. Replacement Attendant comes in at 3-4 hrs late. To get the replacement attendant we have to contiously call (by the way they never pick up from registered mobile) and eventually we waste our morning time. Care24 is unprofessional and they staff is unapologetic about they behavior.
pathetic app and pathetic customer service. they show incorrect/higher amount in the app and irritate by 10 payment reminders a day, inspite of making the payment. no response even after complaining to customer service. 2 stars only for Service provided by attendant.
It's not about the app. This is totally about the department of physiotherapy and basically the head of this department that they are truly bad and have no very poor service. I am truly disappointed
Unbelievable experience.They told me on previous Saturday that they will send me the profiles of therapist to choose from at 8pm nothing came to me till Sunday Afternoon 2.30pm. Further which I directly got an invoice saying I have to pay money.which is nonsense...how can someone pay money without talking service? On experiencing the above I cancelled the service which was accepted by the support team on call as well as email from my side..I am still getting payment calls without taking service.
this is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable service. I had hired them last yr for my ailing mother who stays alone and it was a horrible experience. the same was repeated this yr where the attendant just stopped coming on the 7th day and later the have allotted 3 different attendants to us in 3 days and no one has reported. they are not even honest with the billing as they give one rate and charge another. also they charged me for the days no one came.they shud be sued!

worst team.even after i made the payment,i get harrased for payment and they fail to acknowledge the payment i already made.even the staff who came in charged extra in the name of equipment they brought and no bill for it was ever given.
Not about the app but about the services provided by Care 24. They will followup like crazy before you start their services and post that you are on your own. The caretaker does not inform when they are taking leave, you call them up and they say that they have already informed care 24 team but when you speak with care 24 , they say they have no information about any such leave. Also getting through to Care 24 is another big task on its own. I have tried reaching them through calls, mails and in-app chat but fail to get prompt responses. All their responses are 24 hours Later!!!!! Maybe that is why they call themselves care 24!?!?! And you can forget about getting a replacement in case the caretaker is a no-show. The team does not receive your calls and when you are lucky to get through to them you can not expect a call back with replacement details. Highly disappointed.
Wrost service provider. I book a physiotherapist but she didn't come and even did not pick my call.

the app and service is sending notice of pending payments from its finance department even when no service has been availed. hopeless and feels lile cheaters.

A caregiver Mansi Patel has to be polite and mindful while communicating with the patient or his relatives. My dad is paralysed and due to lack of movement has dead skin on his sole of his leg. That has no relation with diabetes nor has anything to do with gangrene. Without diagnosis how dare she recommends to chop of his leg. My dad is paralysed we are already worried for his well being and above that a care giver had such a senseless comment. Disappointed to the core.

if you want to experince a worst customer care service pls go for this 👍 Very umprofessional attendants n the customer care more worst. They daily keep changing tr rates n try to cheat customers with false promises n with their differential rates. None of their attendants were trained as they say abt themselves while trying to pitch a sale.
I recd a call from Mukesh @care24 Mumbai. First conversation lasted 30 mins. In this mukesh assured me that their charges for Delhi was Rs 700/night but they're reducing it to Rs 500/night with no advance payments nor frills. 27 Oct Att Jyoti came in looking vidibly famished. It was her karvachauth. I released her for an hour...asked her to return after shed had dinner. She reported back at 9pm. Night 1: She was visibly tired, inattentive. Reported this to Care24 customer service and was assured improvement. 28 Oct went uneventful. 29 Oct same as above. 30 Oct: Wont give medicine on time, despite reminders. Visibly tired, sleepy, inattentive, Reluctant worker. Wont listen to repeated instructions. Can you possibly keep reminding the attendant to procure and give timely medication? Does your attendant need another attendant for reminders?

Irresponsible service. Despite advance notice, no caregiver will show up and they will not inform. After that you can suffer for all they care. Not reliable and not worth the extra premium paid at all. Stay away
Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Day 1: Caretaker came late. Day 2: No Show. Upon calling, claimed to have left the job Day 3: New caretaker came for 1 hr and claimed to be unwell and left Day 4: No show again. Repeated calls to the helpline result in only platitudes but no actual action. No replacement was ever sent on a no show day.

The services of the app are useless. I used their services. Initially they detailed a caregiver who didn't turn up. On approaching them they detailed an emergency staff who came late and thereafter told me that there would be someone else coming the next day. Again the person detailed next day didn't turn up. The company again detailed an emergency staff which now i refused to take as the company seems to have no hold on the people they detail. They just register people and seem to fool us.
