used to be very reliable. in the last 6 months it quit sending notifications now wont let me sign in at all. still no notifications.
This app just quit working a few months ago, and I am getting no response from the developer for support. I used this app for myself, and recommended it to my patients, and I am extremely disappointed to see it die without warning and no response from customer support.
was great....now cannot get past log in screen. works on PC but app not working. attempted to contact support with no response.
the app was working great till Cant log in any more a been sending email to re store my file not respond so far I send 5 email
Fix it please can't sign on....very frustrating
installed and put in my email and hit next. it stayed on the same page.

I loved this app. but it is no longer working
Runs smoothly, except doesn't keep me signed in if I back out of the app, even though I've checked keep me signed in. Have to close the app with android button. Find my password and sign back in. Very annoying. Sometimes stops working, doesn't accept password, have to uninstall and reinstall.
1) Fix the password screen so it actually keeps me signed in and keep me from swiping back to it and being logged out. I am fricking tired of having to renter my password all the time. 2) Why can I make corrections to my previous BG entries but not to my Blood Pressure readings? Makes no sense to me.
Great app for someone who is newly diagnosed. Lots of valuable information.
I can log in to my online account via my laptop, but the app allowed only two logins. Numerous attempts resulted in error messages. Moreover the text message feature cannot work due to an invalid number format.
A good app but the icon always disappears and you have to launch it from the app store

Fantastic tool and support for diabetics. Lots of good information available at the touch of my finger without having to go through search engines.
The app lags and freezes. Otherwise very useful.
It doesn't always give reminders and it doesn't always update my information when added.
My sugar was high I added the figures and I got an error mesg. Data error what's up ?
I have been using this app for about 6 months now . I love it.
I tried to sign in but it says my account is locked so I can't reset my password. Any way to fix this?
Just downloaded it and will not let me in. Even tried resetting password. Still will not let me in.Do not wast your time or phone storage.
I set 2 reminders per day for my meds. For the first 3 weeks it was on point. Now it started sending me reminders at 11pm for my 7pm reminder. It started with an hour late now its 5 hours late. Fix or I will remove.
I have the Galaxy S5. This app asks every day for me to enter a new password. The one I has originally set up didn't work. It's annoying. I haven't used it all week because of it.
I use this app everyday on my Samsung Galaxy 4 now I need to be able to use it on my tablet
App just stopped working.. Can't do anuything on it any more. Hopefully all my logs aren't gone so I can at least print them off for my doctor. None of the other apps to log glucose readings even came close to this one when it worked. 😢
