This application can help you track your progress and provide support and motivation in between healthcare visits in the following ways:
• Delivers medication, medication refill, and appointment reminders that you set up to help you stay on track in managing your health
• Records information you enter such as blood pressure, exercise, mood, etc. ... and tracks those reported measurements to help you see your trends
• Enables you to share graphs and trends on your self-reported data with your healthcare professional allowing for more productive conversations during healthcare visits
• Provides access to medications, appointments and self-directed adherence data and organizes it all in one place
Care4Today® Connect is not intended to be relied upon as a primary method for scheduling when to take your medications. You are responsible for ensuring that you take your medication at the correct times and dosage. This was working great. It helped a lot to keep track of my medicine, but for the last three days I have not been able to open the app. When I try to open it, a circle just spins round and round and not opening. I have Uninstall and re-installed it, but it's still not working. Hope this is not the end of a good app.
Have used this for a long time but since the last update it stopped retaining my daily updates. It appears at 1st like my updates took but they haven't. I've attempted to email them the information requested at the email address provided but the email address doesn't work. if the app isn't fixed soon I'll delete it. 11/20/19 app started working this morning try to email again as requested. Still would not work. Even tried using a different email account
It used to be good. But they made changes and now I'm getting multiple notifications for the same thing. I used to be able to open the notification and hit taken, but now it seems I have to go into the app to mark it. It's just really wonky now. It used to be solid. Will have to see if there's a better app.
after the last update, this program no longer remembers my input. I click that I took the med. later it shows that I still haven't. every day shows 0% compliance.
The app worked well until the last update on Nov 5. Now it will not remember my updates. I'm using a Pixel 3.
I had the previous app to this and was very happy with it. This one is not remotely helpful. I doesn't remind you with an alarm to take your meds it's more of a quit beep. It asks a lot of extra stuff not needed. It's does recognize vitiman so you have to manually put them in. Very disappointed, total downgrade.
Went from an app that shows all of my meds in one screen to this pos that barely shows three at a time. On top of that, instead of staying focused on the untaken meds, when I mark one then, the focus drops to the bottom of the list so I have to scroll all the way back to the top to continue. Not good flow.
When you replace one app with another, you should make the replacement at least as useful as the old. This new app is borderline useless. I'm going to uninstall and look for something else.
This was supposed to be an update of the App. The first Care4Today was great! I enjoyed being able to see greens when my adherence was good. The yellow and red icons were great because they reminded me that I was not taking care of me. This app doesn't have anything like that in it. Please update the app!! It's a small change that made a big difference!!
Awful cant upload any info from old app. CAN NOT UPLOAD FROM ONLINE LIKE OLD APP. CAN WE JUAT HAVE THE OLD APP BACK PLEASE!
Dose not keep track of medicine properly check them off in the morning and by evening shows as not takin or as mist changes all medicine to there lab scientific names not what you enter very poor programming the more you use it the worse it get that's why I'm removing it
This is so far, the best medicine reminder app out there! (I have probably tried 95% of them) All of the others charge you money for "special features" & this one is Free! Only reason I have 4 ☆s- I wish it wouldn't jump to bottom every time you select took meds. (Thats a lot of scrolling) I will change to 5 ☆ if that can be fixed!😁 Also wish it had a pill quantity counter. Great work and thanks for caring!
Sucks, I reset my password and still can't sign in. First app was better. There must be another med reminder out there. I will Uninstall. 👎👎👎👎

Example of how a good app is totally ruined by trying to do to much. App has poor navigation and the screen pill windows are too big. I click on my med, mark taken and the screen jumps to bottom. I then have to scroll up to find my next pill. I choose my generic med then the app shows the non-generic name that i do not even recognize. Seriously, was the app tested by anybody over 30? Uninstalled and found another to replace.
I like the old app
For the most part, this is a good app and does what it is supposed to. Occasionally, though, you get logged out somehow, so no notifications appear. If you do not pick up on this right away, it looks like you missed taking your medications because you can only update today and yesterday, and if the app shut itself down, say 4 days ago and you did not notice until today, you are stuck with two days' worth of missed medications and no way to correct it.
