Edit: App has been updated and now has a different aesthetic. None of the underlying problems were fixed. Error 25 can be fixed by clearing your default browser's history. On Samsung phones, the Samsung "Internet Browser" doesn't seem to work, so I have had to switch people to Google Chrome. After app update, the back button still doesn't work appropriately and no new usability settings are available. Still no biometrics options for Android devices. Messaging service is fast. Sometimes when opening the app it takes a while to connect and I have to manually close the app and reopen to fix it. Normal Android function of using the back button to navigate backward a screen does not work anywhere in the app. There are no options for ringtone sounds. There are no options for how frequently to repeat alert for unread messages. You cannot copy and paste a message and you cannot forward a message. There is no way to change the urgency.

I have experienced multiple issues with this app. I have had to bypass it by downloading a new default browser in Opera as it will not open in Chrome, Firefox, or Brave. It continues to be slow, have connectivity problems, and is not in any way customizable. Any notification will have all providers in a room check their phones. Terrible.

Always crashing and very slow to load. Very bloated software. Heavy battery consumption. Uses cookies for some reason. Why is it a browser based app?? Can't change the app tone. Doesn't vibrate when phone is on vibrate only. Antiquated and frustrating app

Very clunky and buggey. Keep getting annoying ' site availability access code' message while my IT dept has no idea what that is!! So I get notification about incoming message but unable to open it, makongthis even worse is that sender still sees me 'active' so will think I am intentionally avoiding message. Ahhh...!!!

Was so hopeful about this app. Logs me out when idle and then won't let me log back in with either my pin or user name/password. Error 25 repeatedly. Can't send secure photos to myself. Can't even locate my own name in the directory, even though people send me messages. Too many bugs.

Terrible app. Forces you to regularly delete your internet cache or it won't work. It sucks battery life making it unreasonable to use for a 12hr (i.e. standard) shift. Then, it suddenly quit one day and I missed an emergent consult. Unsafe. Poor functioning when it does work. Shouldn't be allowed for use in a medical setting.
