UPDATE: January 2, 2022 After trying all possible solutions, the camera can no longer be connected on the mobile app. I'm considering to bring down the camera and throw it away since I can no longet use it. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! App no longer connects to the camera! Are you expecting us to climb again on a ladder to pair it again. It's not even showing on the network!

Lols many people don't know about the reset button. Which is very below the device and it's so small I took an hour to find it out. It's totally different design change 😅😅😅😅

Why date details are not captured when download the video.....pls advise. Any update

Ok so as for the layout of your app, it looks a bit cluttered and out of date. I have vision problems so to have all white backgrounds and lighter colored icons and controls, it's very hard for me to see. The camera movement response time is a bit late. The sound quality is clear but very quiet even with the audio amplified. I can't afford to purchase even the basic subscription bc you're prices are so high. The video quality however, is the best I have had. The camera IR randomly turns onandoff

App has been upgraded and it's much better then before. One thing bothers me, not sure is it just case here or somebody else has problems. I cannot download video, actually a snapshot after camera had detected movement. I get a 'you need to be connected to the same VLAN as camera otherwise you need to subscribe'. I am connected. So, this is just because you need to pay to download video snapshot from the cloud or?

Auto mode on its terrible night vision makes it pretty useless at night when there are lights clearly on at night. Just switch it back to color mode, which has a 10 minute timer before switching back? Terrible, absolute Waste of money. Have to pay for each camera as well if you want to use the cloud services. I have 2 of the cameras that seem to only work with this app. I would prefer to never use this app ever again.

Works most of the times. UI is average. Issues persist though, from Adds randomly taking up a lot of space, to camera auto time being way out, to push notifications just stopping for no reason. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Cheaper camera, cheaper software. But is still decently OK for what you pay - I guess.

Good camera and features. However doorbell can only be useful when pushing notification can share for all member instead of owner only. Please add it or you are wasting your good accessories.

im having problem , i cant see what i record in SD card it says "No Video or Event at Curent time" i didnt do nthng and i didnt do any change in settings, it happened by itself , how to fix it ?

App continues to change date and time to 24 hours ahead. Cannot change automatically to eastern time stuck at beijing.

Installed this app with an outdoor camera..very easy setup works good tried to update hangs at 99% with retry button gave up on update after a few tries...installed on pc used QR code to setup from phone very fast...but pc view does not have all functionality as on phone.. I like it hoping to get another outdoor camera that works with carecam...suggestions?...Thank you great app

It has just updated now. After the update, no connection with the camera can be established.

Cameras work fine, your app is absolutely horrid to try and use. Starting with not being able to scroll through the event time-line, to not being notified of movement for three days after setting up the cameras. Everything on this app is glitchy and does not work properly, beyond annoyed.

Human detection works whenever it wants to work..today it tracked 99+ leafs moving thinking they are humans. i recive alerts for an event, but when you try to view it, it says it doenst exist.. it pushes you to buy cloud services.. overall i would not recomend this app to secure a home..

My camera is unable to be visible although well connected to power source. Please help

It's a cool app. Most of the functions are accessible. But features like smoke detector, door bell sensor..are not working. I assumed may be the camera model might not support these features .

After Android 10 update the app start storing pics for every motion detected when click on SD Card. So when I open Gallery I see thousands of screenshos for each motion detected. It's very annoying. Can you please fix this ? I made a factory reset after Android 10 update.

it's a good thing that you add an option to disable the infrared for 10 minutes.....but it would be better if there's also an option to permanently disable the infrared. The area where I placed my IP Camera is well lighted and there is no need for infrared.

Honestly its ok not good but not bad. Reason I say this because before the update it was working fairly good but after update its giving me broken video not a smooth video like before. Or when your walking its giving like a delay then you could see your self walking fast like if its on fast forward.

When connected to a CareCam CCTV it works great. Functions are well thought out. Easy set up to Wifi. Direct access to CCTV via 'Connect to Access Point' on your mobile. However cloud services & push SMS are rather costly. Alert sensitivity in CCTV itself may need some re-tuning.
