The care connect app. is a great way for looking up cases that are available accordingly to your zone. These cases are at the tips of your finger, when it come do getting assignment for your schedule.

I am using the mobile app and have been stuck on a course, the next button doesn't work. I can't start another course because it says I already have one in progress. Also I get an error when I try to add my email address on the app, and the need help just says something went wrong. This app is still very buggy. It is very frustrating when I am trying to complete trainings and cannot move onto the next section, it only restarts from the beginning and gets stuck at the same section.

The app is great for CHHA who are unable to visit office frequently to seek cases and I have been recommending it to others. However, contact agents have been manipulating the system. For me, invitations are sent yet when I request the cases I can do, I am refused or if granted, later withdrawn without any prior notice. In addition, stated preferences and documented medical support are ignored and invitations for such cases are constantly being sent. Victimization is possible too.

My experience is good , great wonderful and amazing , i would not change anything about this app. Using this app allows me to receive information about my clients from the agency . With this app i dont have to travel to the agency too often . I can call and request a new case ; when i receive a case i can accept or dacline through the app. This app works realy well , it is of good value and great asset for the agency.This app plays a very inportant role , in connecting us all for work

I have to use this app for work. I do like it but when i try to use it on my computer it always tells me that I don't have an account. It is so frustrating because I don't have the time to call them every time I need to get on...I don't have time to sit down more less to do training. So I'm up late at night trying to fit it in before I go to bed to get up early in the morning. They should have this connect to your computers so its easier to do the training and see on a much bigger screen. All in all its a good app.

Very frustrating. Need to start over and over and over. Material very juvenile in content. Recitation and regurhitation of statistics borders on meaningless. I have taken way too many courses like this one and am frankly plain bored. Thanks for asking.

Agency doesn't know how to use the app. There's really no easy way to get ahold of Supervisors, which is what was boasted about for this app, because there's a constant "error something went wrong". Since the app is so simple in its design, im going to assume agencies can't use it because theres not enough useful tools on it. There's no way to input your availability, or where you'd like to work, etc.

This app sucks - waisted a whole day trying to do 2 courses. Still not done yet! Technology should make life easier, but it is making life more difficult for me personally. I wish we could return to in-classroom training.

This app is overwhelmingly annoying, with constant and limitless notifications. There is simply no ending to the number of times it sends them every day. I just had to turn it off and turn it on only when I must.

This app clearly needs some adjustments/improvements because I'm not understanding how I downloaded it to complete a course and I got in at first but then once I logged out It was not signing me back in but instead a pop up saying Error "we can't find a connection please try again" I tried uninstalling the app and restarting my phone still no luck accessing the app again I tried resubmitted the link and a code to my phone nothing still saying Error this is frustrating

Homepage always says not connected when it is. When I first open the app, it shows the page for half a second, then says not connected, adjust the settings. Everything else works but the home page.

This is a horrible app Im on record and report and have been on unit 3 three times. It freezes for some strange reason how are we supposed to finish it we cant get into the quizes? Whoever created this app needs to make it easier to finish.

Very easy to operate Once i got in after downloading with the help of the care connect llc was helpful in completing the e-learning inservice as well Even when i had to take a break it continues where i left off or give me the choice of starting over A bit complicated at the begining but once it gets going its ok thanks care team for help making my log on easier maria da souza( hha) partners in care

My experience is great i will give a total of 100% satisfaction to this app.This app helps me to find my clients home ,and i don't have to call the agency for direction . Whenever i receive a case fron the agence i can see a map of the area close to my client home .All i have to do is fallow the direction on the map , and it will take me in the right location . I can receive clients information without going to the office . I can tell everyone who don't have this app to get it soon .

This app is one sided control. We need to be able to clock in and out from the app. Also why can't we chat with our supervisors on the app n pick up jobs from the app?. Unlike Metflyt app which is more flexible we can't even do online in-service with this app. We need more input than you have provided.

wish we can put what days on the week, how many hours looking to work, location, also how many languages speak, that will definitely help a lot for people who work specific days and hours, for example: bilingual (Spanish/english) available from thursday to saturday 8 to 12 hours, university heights Bronx. little dissapointed with this app I though I could have it easier to get place for work but it seems the same as calling the agency. hope you can improve for all of us convenient.

Download this app today to do inservice thats due by the end of this month and cant even get pass the the first round it says "press to continue" and it takes you right back to square one its frustrating and very annoying can somebody] please tell me what is happening I took the time to give a bad review now im taking the time to say THANK YOU for responding sooo quickly and that really helped i was able to finish my course in two days now You get a 5 star rating keep up the good work

For the courses. I started one. It was great. But. I can' t continue. Cause of the language. I don't speak Spanish. Please can you change the HIPPA course in English. It stopped from taking the course.

TOTAL GARBAGE! I was with my aid helping her and in 1 week we couldnt make it past the second course regarding infectious diseases. Even i am frustrated trying to help her make with the app. First she couldnt load her work and lost all progress. And we have screen shots w different timestamps to prove it. But by seeing these comments many are going through issues and whats worst we tried calling the agency and they told us basically what we knew already. The last thing they said was Uninstall

Came back to partner's for help with care connect because I understood nothing from the training class and felt left out, but I sat with DJ today and he was patient and calm and so helpful. I am not too into the new technology but I now better understand the basics of the App. Thanks Mr DJ!!

I can't even get past the fist step because it shows a lost connections error. The app is completely useless to me at the moment. It is to bad, I was looking forward to using it.

Time consuming! Why I have to put in ID Email, Password and still Passcord to log in? I honestly think the cases are placed before posted on the App because they always said taken regardless to time CareConnect send you email message and time supervisor post the case. Just don't make sense!
