This app ALWAYS has problems. ALWAYS needs to be updated. ALWAYS has bugs. The latest, not being able to pass the email and phone number verification. I don't understand. It was like this for the iPhone app as well. Just an inconvenience all across the board. Its like when it works well, and that's a big when, the makers make a mandatory update to cause issues.

This app used to work now whenever I hit the back button IN THE APP not the one on my phone it logs me out. Absolutely terrible and almost unusable. Feb 2021: I didn't think it was possible that the app could actually become WORSE, but it did. I will be uninstalling and accessing from my computer instead since the app doesn't work at all.

It would be super great and awesome if every time I need to use this app (at least monthly), it didn't need to be updated. And then when I updated it, I need to re-enter all of my login info. What's the point of having a feature to save my login info?! It would also be nice if the widget had all 4 options available when I'm not logged into the app. You know, in case I want to access my card. Or whatever.

This app does NOT work. I've tried multiple times to log in, and it kept telling me that I had the wrong password. I went on the website and logged in. What's the point of having an app that's not going to work correctly?

App has everything that you could want. However, there is an ad for their "Wellness Program" that shows up everytime you log into the app that you cannot stop despite there being a "Don't remind me" checkbox on the pop up...

Very bad implementation of what should be a basic app that reads a mobile website and adds biometric login . As everyone else said, have to log in every time you put the app in the background for a second.. not only that, it's forced 2FA with no option to opt out or not not ask again for a limited time etc. I can review my EOBs if I need to... But the filters and search don't work so I have to scroll thru countless pgs if not recent. Just use the website, it's better.

Option to download claim form for OTC COVID-19 tests doesn't work. Instructions are to click my documents, then go to forms... But there is no forms under my documents. Had to log in again (second time) after reviewing the FAQ. Still no luck. Tried the site map, searched around the app again. Prompted to sign in again (third time) in the span of 15 minutes of frustration. The website is exactly the same.

Worst App I have ever used!!! You simply can't do anything without being booted from the app. You click back button. Boom. You are out. You click back arrow on top. Boom you are out. Click remember me box to avoid entering codes each time, bad luck, you need to enter again every time. Find a doctor, you pull your hairs to do it right. Only a very incompetent DEV & QA team synergy can come up something like this abomination. Good grief!!!

In the last several months this app has been having so many issues especially around payment time. It said I changed my password but I didnt. Than I decided to reset it as it stated and I still cant access my account. This is becoming annoying.

App definitely needs significant improvements, especially with doctor searches (it often gives me errors telling me to call customer service) and with closing the app (when clicking on a back arrow it usually logs me out without warning). Make the damn thing user-friendly, please... you must not have paid very much to have someone develop the app.

Takes forever to email security code and refuses to remember device forcing one to wait every time you accidentally back out of app and have to reload. Doesn't bother to tell you where it hides downnloaded id cards since that might actually be helpful.

There are SO many problems with this app. From terrible search results, having to re-login in everytime I clicked a new page, to NOT BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR URGENT CARE when selecting the "I need help now" option. It's just awful and pointless and I will be deleting it.

Decent app. Very shady though when it comes to updates. It doesn't update through the Play store, but through an undisclosed source. It also keeps displaying a pop-up window for the update everytime I login, which is annoying.

App doesn't work, hitting the back button shuts it down! Most of the time you login to a blank screen. Load time when it does work is forever. This should be a useful app but it needs a serious overhaul!

App is horrendous. Popups that will not go away, and it's impossible to sign up for the sharecare service they've partnered with because it just keeps looping back to the login prompt no matter how many times you log in. Also I cant access my HRA account and support has been beyond useless, but that's a company problem, not an app problem.

Says updates are available and that I need to update. But all it does is put me in an endless loop in opening the app with the same message. Cleared cache and data but does not work. Obviously a buggy app.

Absolutely moronic design. For example: date pickers for all date fields, with no alternative means of entry. That means you get to advance through each month individually. I'm glad I'm not 80... I'd still be trying to enter my date of birth!

Updated 08-2021 Now its almost 250MB! "CareLess" you are disgusting. 228MB Huge program that the developers refuse to migrate to use external SD card. Why are you stuck in a Android Kitkat mindset? #NoExternalStorage, #StorageShaming. Latest update installed 7-19-2020 and guess what...Still no external SD card support for a 229MB bloated app. Obviously they have no shame and don't care if they consume huge amounts of primary memory.

Everytime I hit the back arrow in the upper left corner the app minimizes and I have to login again You have 5 logins before you get locked out, nothing like going through that countdown when you're in pain and need to find an urgent care place, oh and password recovery requires the weirdest hardest to find information. Can't hate this app enough.

Latest update it hangs on providers. Horrible app. Can't locate providers. Errors are everywhere. You might hire someone to do quality control. Off to the ER since the app can't help me. Very frustrating.

Do not wait until after business hours to deal with BC/BS. Plan on having to call them. Do not count on being able to get into your account at BC/BS using the app or website. If you need to reset your user name or password for any reason you have to toggle through every single month of every year back to your birthdate and can get kicked out and not be able to reset anything. This makes online use of their website and app completely undependable. Its a decent app if/when you can get into it.

Downloaded the app to upload receipts for reimbursement directly from my phone. The app doesn't let you do that--you click on the button to attach a file and nothing happens. I will be uninstalling.

Horrible to navigate when looking for a dr. 1) logs out of the app when switching between an app. So if I get a call I am logged out. If I am trying to find outside reviews on a dr. I am logged out. 2) frequently says it can't complete the task of finding a dr. Try again later. Problem is I just searched for one and it worked.

I have never used an app less responsive, more buggy, or more unreliable. If you're going to put out a pwa as bad as this out there, might as well just point people to the website.

Horrible phone application. Unusable, slow, annoying. This is what happens when you convert a web application to a phone application. Invest some money into creating a proper Android application rather than opening up your barely responsive webpage here too.
