Can't even access it half of the time. Been using it for 2yrs. You would think all the flaws would be fixed by now!! Currently says my device needs secured to use it & I've secured it with a pin,thumbprint & facial recognition & it still won't let me in. So now i can't enter my time. Been messing with it for 3 days now. I've emailed customer service & still get no response. Very frustrating.

This app is ALWAYS messing up for me. Sometime it will put double my hours for one day. I try to go in and discard time entry but it's not an option since it's already approved. Idk. And also the problem I'm having now is that the app is wanting me to do an update which is fine but every time I go to login it makes me go back to the play store to update. It's making me 🥴

This is very frustrating! Sometimes it takes way to long to enter time. It says I need to enable my location when my my location is already enabled. It is not as user friendly as it should be!

Very slow. Often doesn't sync properly. Sometimes clutters the list of time entries needing employer review with old entries that have already been approved and paid. Updated 2/16/20: Update is a huge speed improvement, and allowed me to delete the old entries that cluttered my list of recent entries. Still slow to load the time sheet folder, but other than that, after using it a few times, I can say this is a significant improvement over the previous version of the app.

I'm not sure if it's an issue with Android compatibility, but this app has NOT been a good experience. My first time using it (over a year ago) they mixed up my timesheets and ended up overpaying me...so I had to pay them back. Now, I'm at the point where I have to delete and redownload the app every single time I input a new shift. It's frustrating. Would not recommend. The support staff are nice and try to help but there is only so much they can do I guess 🤷‍♀️.

App is HORRIBLE since the latest update. It took me 4 days to get the app updated. Then it duplicated time entries. When I deleted the duplicates, it also deleted the original entry. FRUSTRATING!!! Finally got that straightened out but when approving, the entries are out of order and confusing. Then, when approved and signed off, it takes an excruciatingly long time to update the entries and these last two items are not fixed!! I just sat here for 20 minutes waiting for the app to update entries

App is always crashes. I had an entry clock in from a month ago that had me on vloxk for 637hrs tech support hasnt helped and my pay checks have been way with the apps bugs they need a better software/IT dept

This is by far the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It shuts my phone down when I use my fingerprint scanner. It erases time entries with some frequency. And sometimes it just won't open. I've been shorted on my pay which takes forever to resolve. Across 3 phones it has made it where the phone shuts down whenever the fingerprint scanner is active in any app. My 9 yr old son has written more coherent programs than this.

Why can't I give this a Negative 5 stars? Been attempting to use this for the last year and a half. Its down for weeks at a time. It worked fine the last 2 weeks. Now I cant log in any more. I have Uninstalled and re-installed this app many times in the last couple months. (As tech support tells me it will fix it) they are wrong. Someone else needs to be hired to fix this app, the current techs have failed for over a year. Its time for them to move on

I have had nothing but problems with the app on phones since the very beginning. I have called GTI multiple times with various issues. This week my employees have been trying to enter their time since yesterday (Monday) and so far only 1 entry has gone through. Once they enter their time in in and out along with all the other information required, the app won't accept their time and either allow them to either "review Later" or "review with participant". It just sits there frozen on that entry. They have both deleted the app and reinstalled installed the latest version. I would prefer that my employees to be able to enter their time on the computer here at our house since we enter hours worke, then I review and submit all at the same time.

Please update the app to work with Android 10, those of us with new Android's are having trouble using the app!!!!! No longer having much trouble on android 10, but hours have been duplicating by some odd reason. Thanks for the update none the less. No longer duplicating the hours! Thanks for the continuous work!

This app is still full of glitches. Make sure you check your bank deposits every payday to verify the amount you expect to be paid is accurate. About every 3 paydays, I am underpaid by up to 13 hours. And then it takes forever for them to correct and pay me. They blame the app not syncing, but on my end it shows synced and recieved by GT. I cant do anything else on my end.

This app is always letting me clock in and out but after hours are signed they don't submit so I have to go.in and manually put hpurs in and then get.messages that I have to clock In and out manually.

Since last 2 updates I'm having trouble logging in. Once I put in my screen name and password it just keeps loading until I shut it pr completely and re-try. Very frustrating when I'm getting to work. Location is always a problem too, telling me it's not on when it has been. Taking a very long time loading at night once I try to submit.

This is the worst company& app I have every had to use in my life. My service codes are constantly gone. So I constantly have to call customer service. my pay is constantly wrong! Not being paid for all my hours. So I have to call again. Then have to wait 2 more weeks just to get the money they owe me. I've woke up to no check at all, due to somome else'smistake. Then have to wait 2 more weeks to get paid. Worst company & app EVER!

I have had some difficulty with this app. I had to uninstall, and still trying to install on my phone. Sometimes I can sign in and other times I cannot. My time-sheets are all messed up and you have to sign in and out for each service code. Needs to update to being able to assign hours to each service without signing in/out.

Every time I turn around there's an update needed, there's a problem with the location being on when it's on already. It's just too many problems that keep reoccurring with this app. And when it comes time for the timesheets to be in, it's so aggravating to have the location or time overlapping or something simple to keep you having to redo something. I hope this update that I have to do this morning will solve the problems!!!

I like the app when it works. a few issues: sometimes it won't sync for 3 or more days, and when you clock out at midnight it creates 2 time sheets one for the actual time and one from 12am to 12am on the app it shows 0 h 0 m but if it is approved it shows up as 24 hours. Also don't waste time fiiling out the form for support as none ever contacts me back and I still have to call with issues even after filling it out.

Horrible! Recently got Samsung Note 10 Plus 5g and the app will not open. Worked flawlessly with iphone 11 but will not open at all with new phone. Is it not Android 10 compatible?? This is horrible considering that this is how people get paid. I have been waiting for tech support to contact me. It appears I am not only one with this issue and GT Independence has really dropped the ball on this one.

Horrible, slow, often have to refresh two or three times before you can even get into the app. Go back to what we had at the beginning of the year please. We are being frustrated by covid, to much work for this little money, and now this. We are stressed enough all ready.

Would be great if it worked all the time. I keep having to uninstall and then reinstall so that it does work. So frustrating! . Update: The app was updated on 7/16/21 and since then I cant clock in/out or manually put time in. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times with no correction. I have called GT independence 3 times with no returned call. If this is not resolved and I dont get paid for time worked by the end of the week, I will be reporting this company to wage and hour board.

Cannot log into app. Since beginning the use of this app I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with it's functionality. I am always told something is not working yet I am connected to the internet. Today I continue to receive notification that security updates have been performed and request to log back In Were presented. Low and behold I am unable to log in. So I try to login on my computer...no issues Im able to log in.I just cannot believe the poor functionality of this MANDATORY app

App has a really bad glitch on my Android phone. When you enter your 4 digit PIN the app just flickers flickers flickers and flickers preventing you from clocking in or out. I have called and they say for the representative to be able to manually clock in. It can't be done because it flickers flickers flickers. I have emailed it technical support. If it gets fixed today then I'll update this posting and change my review status.

I constantly have issues with this app. Currently I am unable to log on to it. I'm getting a message to update. However I'm unable to do so. It is set to update automatically. Therefore I have no clue why I'm getting the message. Earlier today it took three attempts to put my password and user name before it would allow me on the app & info is correct. Again not sure why. I've had other issues but I'm only allowed 500 characters for this comment and don't have enough left !

Terrible!!! The idea of a paper-free process is good. Technology can improve the process... but when technology is not used properly it makes the process problematic and it beats the purpose. Invest in a good developer this is the worse app I have ever used. Problems with location, input too slow, time consuming and much inaccuracy 👎

it worked fine for a little while and then it got to the point to where it would not allow me to clock out of my time or accept the geolocation even though it's turned on on the phone and on the app tried to contact the gtindependence about the app on three different occasions with no results

It is very easy and most convenient but sometimes my "clock in/out" button doesn't let me submit my timesheet. It's ok with me though because you can always just use the "add entry" button instead. Overall, it's a great app that I do recommend.

I downloaded the 3.0 version. The 'touch' isn't working on the app. Example, I have to touch the "clock in" button multiple times before it would clock me in. It's like it's not picking up when I touch a button. Same thing when I was signing in. I had to press the sign in button multiple times before it registered.
