They previously had a web interface that would identify the location every 15 minutes. It is nice to have current location but it doesnt always work and the only activity you see is when you have opened the app and it locates the device. No automated history so if you haven't forced it to locate for a while then you have nothing to indicate where they have been.
DANGEROUS! The Notifications setup does not Save properly. I set the type of Notification and Saved, then went back and double-checked it-- the setting appeared to have Saved. After repeated dead battery surprises, I found that the setting is discarded and reverts to None after the app is closed. This is DANGEROUS! The user is led to believe that Notifications are enabled, when in fact, they are not. This could easily lead to not only a device with a dead battery but, also to a dead senior!
Absolutely the worst app ever. And they juat made it so you can only have one caregiver. They said it was because having multiple made the app crash. So, rather than investing in making the app better, they make it impossible for you to care for your loved one as a family unit.
App doesn't work as advertised. Doesn't recognize account information. Called to update address. Supposedly they sent paperwork for signature to the account holder's email to confirm change. Never received it but got an email to rate their service. Service is great. App and anything online does not work.
Most of the time the app does not locate the person. Most of the time when I open the app, it crashes. After a few tries, I can get it to open. Since my parent always charges the device at night, I do see that activity. That is about the only good thing I get from it
Nearly worthless app. Only reads device battery life when device has just been placed on or taken off of charger. Always says "senior cannot be located" been with mom all over town to test locator- has never worked once.
Doesn't work consistently, won't track gps usually, log on keeps not working and now it won't when let me reset password.
Wth: this app is complete disaster. It' management is convoluted. The help on the phone is near useless, & not 24/7??? Adding caregivers to this does not work at all. You're supposed to tell caregivers to use the password that you made when you installed this app. Note this password to the app is not the same as the password of the account holder. Well that password for the app that I can use to log in and use the app does not work for my offspring when they attempt to install and use this app.
Very difficult to get set up and sign in. Needs to be able to allow for additional users within the account.
Never works, crashes everytime you open the app. Uninstall and reload doesn't work
Keeps shutting down. Impossible to keep track of my husband. Causes too much stress.
80% of the time the app closes and I get the message that the app keeps stopping.
Every time I click the app to open it, it shuts down immediately. Why do I pay for a service that I can't use?
Can not add a 2nd caregiver
App is buggy and dangerous. Doesnt hold the settings to notify the caregiver if GPS battery is low, so battery can unexpectedly be dead, making the device potentially useless without warning. Also, a fully charged device can drop its connection with the app, without notifying the caregiver or having the device itself give a visible or audible indication of the problem, so the caregiver is unable to locate the senior using the app. This app is much too buggy to be trusted for emergency use.
