Horrible app. You could die before the app finishes loading. Hard to navigate. I'll drive to the wellness center and make a appointment, it will be quicker.
Literally just downloaded the app 30 seconds ago and nothing works, totally blank pages and constant error messages. For now, use the website because the app just isn't functional.
Please fix the app so I can schedule an appointment to see my doctor. Seems like you're more concerned with our experience viewing ads within the app. As of right now, this app is completely useless.
What happened to this app? It used to be pretty good, now it won't load and gives error messages! It's just as bad calling the 1800 number to try to talk to someone or make an appointment. I'm sorry, but I think I'd rather pay to go see a real doctor then deal with CareHere anymore!
I was able to track my Fitbit steps and schedule appointments. There's a lot more features but these modules get the job done.
Just downloaded the app today and I keep getting error messages saying it cannot display any appointment data. I can't even schedule an appointment.
So I just re-installed this app after the old version failed again and again and also wouldn't update. This new updated app isn't any better. It won't load ANYTHING!!!!
You have to use website to sign up, but it won't matter when you can't even use the app due to constant errors at every screen.
Amazing app! Very easy to use, fitness tracking is helpful and challenges are fun.
well for starters I dont see anywhere I can go to register. 2nd when I do put in information and try to log in with it it loads and that's it. just has a continuous load
Easy to navigate! Great way to track my fitness progress and view lab results.
Same complaints as everyone else. I keep getting error messages on the app as well as on the website when trying to log in. Do you guys not have an IT dept??
Can't log in used to be good and easy app. Now just get error message. You apologize for troubles but you don't fix it. App has gone to caca. Come on fix it people rely on you. Am using android as always have, is that a problem?

Error messages appear instantly after selecting "make an appointment" tab. Error messages appear for every tab. This app is useless.
I wish I could log into the app. It is faulty coding or a sick joke? I suppose the outcome is the same for patients either way. Frustration, tears, and ultimately hospitalization/death from untreated ailments.
This app is trash. It doesn't work; I can't even sign in. At the same time, the website didn't work either so I couldn't make an appointment with my local Carehere clinic. Better yet, I go there for a walk in when they open at 8 am on a Monday morning. I wait outside till 0830 and no clinic employee shows up. Where does my insurance money go?
Intuitive and easy to use. In just a few clicks can get my appointments scheduled.
Can't log in! I downloaded this updated app and as soon as I try to log in it just sits on loading screen! Fix this!

Once I logged in for the first time, I found it easy to schedule an appointment. Looking forward to exploring the other features.
It would be good if I could get a appointment. All we were told before carehere came was how handy it would be and easy to get a appointment but that's far from the truth.

It allows you to interact with your Medical provider. The problem that I had with it was the initial start up on my phone. It didn't really work very well so I had to contact the office and be on my computer at the same time in order to get the App functional on my phone. So unless it's been changed your startup will be a bit annoying.
