* Emergency SOS Activation
Carelife emergency SOS activation manages your emergencies and panic situations more effectively. Upon activation, Carelife makes automated emergency alerts, emergency calls, and loud personal safety alarms. Emergency alerts (SOS messages) containing your location, type of emergency & emergency information are sent to your selected contacts and updated alerts will be sent when your location changes. Automated emergency calls are made to emergency services. Emergency siren alarms are produced to get public help. These bring efficient help and assistance within seconds in an emergency.
* Voice Command Activation
SOS activation is made easy with voice commands. You only need to say "Help Help" two times to start the activation process. You can also select your preferred English accent. Voice activation works even if your device is locked or kept away from you. Also, no internet connection is required for this feature to work. Voice activation gives the SOS help every time even without touching the phone.
* Safety widgets and panic button
Activate SOS from your device home screen using the app widget. Tapping on the appropriate icon starts the SOS activation process. Tapping on 6 different Panic buttons (Emergency buttons) in the app also starts the emergency management process.
* SOS & Safety Watch App
If you have an Android smartwatch, you can download the Carelife app in it. Just tapping the SOS button in your SOS watch app starts the activation process on your mobile. You can also call emergency services, generate emergency siren/safety alarm and share alert using the SOS watch app.

Great idea in an emergency, but I just downloaded it and wanted to go through the features, as you select an emergency an SOS beacon is activated. I didnt want to do that, just checking out the app. If you're not paying, it could easily be sent unnecessarily. There should be an option to confirm instead of to deactivate.
I installed it, filled in the info about myself and the emergency numbers. Then I tried the emergency sound which couldn't be stopped by hitting cancel and while trying to stop it, the app bugged and it started several calls with emergency services. I just hope I won't get in trouble because of it... Oh my god, I'm still shook...... Edit to answer to the developer:it sure isn't a bug to call em. services when in danger but it has to stop when hitting cancel. It wasn't stopping.
It's a great app. Tried SOS demo mode. Works great. I sent my contacts invites and asked them to upgrade to premium but they are getting an error message saying that the payment action could not be completed and asking them to try again later. Any help would be appreciated.
I had only just installed the app, and 5 hours later it sent a message to my contacts saying that I needed help and emergency services. So it woke them up and they didn't know what was happening. The app seemed a good idea, but when that happend, I couldn't put my friends/ contacts through that again. So I have uninstalled it.
Is one of the best apps I've ever used, so good that I accidentally opened it during a lesson I was teaching and despite closing it the app still worked and did its job. Was embarrassing but students didnt mind the police aha... it was really efficient. If someone was trying to kidnap, or something else bad, and closed your phone or app you can rest assured the app does in fact keep working.
Update: Jan 27/20 I had just turned my phone off for 30 mins max for therapy. But as soon as I turned it on and my data on. It apparently needed to send out an alarm without me knowing until my contact asked me why I sent it out to her when I was beside her. Po'd cause it had sent out alarms to my contacts and caused unneeded panic. Idk anything was wrong till I looked down at my phone with 911 open ready to call and carelife that I didnt open, OPEN saying I activated an alarm when I didnt
app exactly as described. it worked perfectly during testing and makes me feel much safer. I needed customer to help me with an instruction and they answered promptly even in the middle of the night. excellent customer service. highly recommend this app
I put all details in, police number and emergency contacts. I clicked the app and it automatically started to vibrate and sent that I was in an emergency to my contacts. I hope it didn't send it to the police or even contact them. All I wanted was to change my contacts not send that I was in an emergency. Question... Did it send to the police or any service? If it did how do u know? I was contacted and was given an explanation on how it worked. The workers were very efficient and I thank them.
Is there an option to stop sending the messages once my contact has confirmed that I am safe? I tried the app but there is no option for my wife to confirm that she is with me and I am okay, it still keeps sending the notification. But overall the app is very usefu.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to video record on my phone because you are using my audio. I had to uninstall. If you can share how I can use both without interruption, I'll reinstall.
Love it. I bought premium (a little over $5 with tax). Update 2/17/2021: Uninstalled and reinstalled due to update error and premium is no longer there and my information is wiped. Not sure what's going on.
It really brings me comfort to know it's there especially when I'm walking but the alert is way too soft :( maybe it was my phone settings but that was my only real concern. The app itself is otherwise wonderful
Downloaded this app as my friend recommended me to do so. Was looking for such a good safety app for a long time. Perfect safety app. Premium also have so many safety features and is worth buying.
Great emergency app for anyone who has medical condition or is handicap. This app is also good for elderly people and those who has Alzheimer's or Dementia. Thanks for this great app.🙂

I never downloaded Safety, I downloaded this app (Carelife), I updated it to pro. And yet I still get the generic response on here as I got in the email. It doesn't fit the situation. This program both unpaid and paid doesn't work right.
It is good in a real emergency simulation but I clicked alert in demo mode and i clicked cancel and it still activated the siren so my mom was 💢💢💢💢😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and i just powered off my phone and it turned off

I tried this in demo mode and it sent an alert to my mum and I couldn't cancel the alert I had to uninstall in order to stop the alarm from going off. I had to call the police to make sure they didn't attend the call

I was asleep, and playing an american medical tv show, I'm british, so it should recognise a british voice, the alarm woke me up contacted my mum and I'm not sure if it has contacted the police as there is no way to check or cancel.
After updating to Carelife, the app is very easy to use and have got much more useful features.
Unable to Reset or Deactivate the Emergency Alarm. I find no option to disarm. Hence forced to uninstall without further testing.
The app goes off on its own. Alarming and annoying. I had to turn my phone off to stop it.
So i havent tried it much yet. But thought about what i could need. Firstly, it would be nice if there was a dsrk mode, as if you are trying to be discrete, the white and red make it very easy to see what you are doing. Also, it would be nice if there was a type of touch control activation. So when you go into the app, you select touch, then your emergency, that way, when you feel like someone is following u or smthng like that, you can hold your finger on the app, and alarm when u let go.
