It was a good experience! I would like to add that when uploading pictures or video, it took A LONG time and I had issues with the system stalling. I had to exit the app and go back in to continue my work. I'm thankful that everything I worked on was still saved and I picked up where I left off.
Don't waste your time with these guys! They are rude and unprofessional and they don't pay out for shifts you work! I worked two shifts for these con artists a month ago. The facility verified my shifts with them and they are still refusing to pay me!!!
App is ok however there is some degree of lagging in processing time and the caregiver data base has no search capabilities other than scrolling through the file until you find the desired caregiver. This later "feature" is not user friendly.
I am really enjoying my client, the hours, get paid on time...I am very happy with CareLinx! The only problems I have had are with the app. Sometimes I can't clock either in or out. They have worked on it and It seems to have improved!
Biggest rip off ever! I thought I found an app to help me find work, but instead I found an app that insist you spend $20 on a background check and then hours and hours of classes. nonstop texts from the app saying your profile won't be visible until you take these 1 hours courses. No matter how many you take you get no where but $20 poorer!
Not sure what happened to my last review on this company but it got thrown out. I will try this again. What they don't tell you is that you will be charged a 20% fee for using their site. That's $4 on top of the $20 the caregiver is asking. But for a $20 caregiver cost they add more than $4 they add $6.82 which is more than $4. Best $2.82 is for FICA taxes that they should be paying because they are the employer and they pay the caregivers. It reeks of bait-and-switch!
Kelly is a very aggressive "care advisor". Expect after hour texts and phone calls if you download this app. And, they argue with you if you ask them to stop contacting you. Thanks for the reply. I liked your app, but I guess I just didn't understand what I was signing up for... I just think that if someone asks for you not to contact them that you should just say "ok" and not argue with them about it. Is it possible for me to use your app without having a "care advisor" contact me?
Easy to use app. Lots of available shifts. Love the flexibility of making my own schedule & the ability to work at various facilities. Professional staff with quick replies to any questions I have.
App Not refreshing..messages don't come to my phone even though I put to text for new listing, messages etc in the settings section... I have missed so much jobs because of this... it needs to be fixed
App stinks. Multiple fields necessary to register. The address field is a joke. Trying to figure out what it wants is a nightmare. No matter how I put it in, it is rejected. "Must use a real address." I put in my REAL address.
I'm pretty disappointed with this app. I've followed the instructions but I haven't heard from anyone...not even a sorry the job has been filled. I don't understand how there's jobs still posted from 2017!! I wasted my $20 on a background check, something that I already have. I had reached out and got some help and thought I'll give it more time, but nothing have changed. There isn't much activity on this site.
I can't sign in through the app, only via Google chrome. I have reset my email and password and nothing is working. I don't understand why I can sign in on a computer but not the app

I have experience in hospitals nursing home and in private home care environment. I am self motivated and independent worker. I take direction accurately well organized
The clock in feature is buggy. Submitting timesheets is a hassle. Reaching the customer service line takes forever. Talking to a rep is a nightmarish experience. Poor experience with them.
The app is fine but BEWARE OF CRIMINALS working as Caregivers. Do your own background checks because apparently Carelinx doesn't "care" enough about your loved ones or your property to do a proper vetting. I found caregivers on here with lengthy recent arrest records & mugshots. Shameful!
really easy to navigate. submitting timesheets is super simple! payment is deposited in my account quickly and the company itself is great to work for!
I have applied countless times with this company and Never have been able to get my background check to go through, and no one to talk to about this!! Very disappointing!
Once you find a caregiver that meets your needs and is consistent they are wonderful although the payment processing side to the caregiver could be improved
Not a straight forward app. I And the support team members, although all very polite, they don't solve your concerns, and it takes days for them to get back.
Very differents trying to understand the time sheet. Well put together once i understand the process. Other wise great.
I always have a hard time doing much on the app because it's always down for maintenance. Hope they can fix the issue.
Outdated App! Hasnt been updated in over a Year! No wonder it doesnt work.
UPDATE: It has been a year without resolution of this issue. I have spoken to technical support and still no fix. Consider being disabled with no method of transportation. PLEASE fix the issue with connecting to LYFT for CareRides. This is an imperative service for clients. Also, consider more than one ride provider. Also, allow clients to delete tasks that do not apply to their situation. Adding tasks is helpful, but deleting or hiding prepopulated tasks should be an option.
