UPDATE: I suppose an update is to blame, but this app isnt very user friendly with typing out the reports. Enter button doesnt work, which creates too many extra steps to input data. have tried reaching out to developers to no avail. Such a great tool! User friendly. Would like to have option to search all entries for specific keywords.
The app was 5star until this last update. Now, I can no log in at all, it only has the load circle spin and spin and spin. I got notifications but when I click on them, it asks me to sign which again, I cannot do. I can however access the app, and it opens and works correctly through the Google Play Store app options, etc.
Potentially a great app for the family to communication easily about care of a relative however the notifications do not work once one of us have entered information meaning everyone has to remember to cheque the app daily rather than being notified about new information. If this can be fixed then the app will score much higher I think.
It would be 5 stars but what bothers me the most is the calander. Mine wont let me delete an event once Ive added it. So if something comes up, even if I cant do it, it stays on the calander
Some bugs and glitches but overall this has been a useful tool in keeping everyone in the loop concerning our loved one's care
Love this app. Gives me the opportunity to view Mom's activities when I can't be there. I can also keep in touch with the personnel who are working with her. This puts my mind at ease. I know she is well cared for. Thank you to ALL the personnel.
hey! how to use this? the app interface is Great overall, but i get confused at how to invite others and how to join other's circle. pls help, and I'll change it into 5 stars
I am a caregiver. We have 5 people in our lil group and we all love our client! Carely has made communication so much easier and all inclusive. 5 stars
this app worked great for about a month, now no one can give updates or add new post without an error.

5 stars for effort ....but 10 stars when fixed. App not recognizing my email address for setup. Excited to use tool when problem better. WHOOHOO ~ FIXED (how could a space cause such a headache !?!) Thanks so very much.
Trialled for 3 weeks - just too buggy to use. Family on both apple and android and all experiencing issues. Alerted devs many times, no response. There's a very annoying bug where if you tap "back" when viewing a post or "share" when posting, it closes the app entirely. Another user has been locked out of account, calendar jumbled and not working. There's a few other issues but I understand this isn't the "paid for" Carely app so I imagine fixing things aren't top priority.
