The app is very barebones and seems outdated. It says there's a 30 min wait time for an appointment but when you try to schedule, says there are none available. Am I suppose to assume there are none available... Like ever? Like this doesn't even work? 🤷🏻♂️ Lame app. Meanwhile, I can't get into the portal to contact my doctor. I can't reach anyone by calling, just left on Caremount's hold recording forever. This takeover by Caremount may sadly be why I change doctors
I had to install on my phone to get appointment set up. I do NOT use my phone for video conferencing. I wanted to install on my Lenovo Windows 10 system, and would not allow me to install it on another device. What the? Why not? These are my personal computers, I would like to see a doctor larger than 2" tall on screen.
Had appt with dr. Check in all went well, however, just before visit, app disconnected. Dr. had to call me on phone. He said app said couldn't access my video or audio. I had to discard app and have to reinstall. Major inconvenience.
Although this seems to be under construction, it preformed perfectly for me. Make sure that you register and logon prior to your visit just in case of any hiccups. It does ask for information that Caremount already has, but not a lot, so it was quick.
App doesn't work. Won't allow me to login using an LG V20. Logins work using laptop and ipad.
I see Dr. Paula Brown & Dr. Maryanne Wysell. I can not say enough wonderful things about both of them. Also the nursing staff at the infusion center & the Drs nurses and assistance. They all Rock!
Professional, courtesy and kindness. If they can't help you they'll actually go out of their way to find you the healthcare you need and can afford or accepts your insurance.
waste of time and space on my phone. app tells me nothing more than what I already know which is my name and address etc. what is the MY VISITS button for? Does not show anything.

Sucks can't get your doctor n they charge way to much for virtual visits

It tells me nothing about renewing a prescription
Does not allow you to complete booking an appt on app. Last page, step 5, is blank and has no options. Had to x-out which cancels everything I already entered. Forced to use website to book which was confirmed by email. Came back to app to confirm appt is booked, and it says no appts booked. No idea how it will work come time for the appt. Now have to call office. What a mess.
