Hi, At the beggining the system worked very well, but after a few months the alarm has triggered with no reason, in off mode! (disarmed) indicating activation of remote control or some sensor.. Very annoying situation, any suggestion?

1-mister iris zhang.some time.my device show me,,ALARMING,,but is not armed.and is not deactivated,so no react on any sensor. 2-when i have alarm i receiv only very poor bip.time ago was alarm sound can you put back alarm sound or customized sound please?? Okay, so I have use Golden Security Systems for some time now and have set them up a few times. Not an easy task to start with. My network went down so I had to install a new router. I can't get the security system back up and can't seem to get help without having to SKYPE with the service department. UPDATE: After working with support we discovered that it no longer could see my Pixel phone (primary phone) but it could see another phone. I was able to set the WiFi on the unit.

When setting to "arm" from the app it says "application came to an error and needs to quit" and closes. New issue: this thing should be able operate for several hours being unplugged, but it started sending "low battery" SMS after 90 minutes a blackout happened. And now it sends me 3 SMS per minute, same gets my wife. this thing will eat all money i have on the phone account before power restored. Great algorithm!

Used to be good. Now after reset system, cannot scan host QR code. It shows error. Could you help fix this issue.

Having trouble with my Carener2 on my and my wife's android phones. We have installed iSimpleSafe alarm equipment and we have been using Carener2 for configuration and arming. Suddenly yesterday we are unable to get into the application. Nothing has changed, using same usernames and passwords. We are using the keypad to arm and disarm. Any ideas? I am unable to reset passwords also.

It worked fine at first. Now it does not even let me log in unless I am connected to the same network which makes the whole remote use worthless. At first i though i forgot my password and tried the forgot password but the verification code was always failed to send. Finally i found my password but lately i cannot connect even to the same network as the device.

I enjoy using this App as it gives me ultimate control of my alarm system. However there are two issues i want to point out. There is no option for Stay home in auto arm mode, only away arm. Then also there is constant time zone misalignment and therefore the alarm panel auto arms itself before the correct time.

I am receiving notifications but the app is constantly offline. Panel is connected to wifi and does not seem to have any problem. Since the app is not working, cant turn on or off the alarm. Very inconvenient.

Similar problem as reported bij Gergely Nádas App says alarm is offline, so it is impossible to controll the system remotely from my phone. I checked everything: power, wifi, mobile network. These are all OK. Not known since when the problem exists . The installed version is 2.13. A day later it works again

Very friendly and with a lot of options, also for automation ✌ Is it possible to have the alarm sound when the phone is in stand-by? I have the notification, but the alarm sound only works when the app is active. I gave all permissions.

The app works ok with two Samsung android phones, but it has many things which can be improved, can be added more smart functions... Overall is good. No support for the device/alarm after I've bought it. No email answers.

Since end March 2022, the android version of Carener22 always failed with error message "Network Unreachable". The same application works correctly on IPhone. Developer contacted via email to help in fixing issue.

Hi, Great app! However I'm having an issue concerning disarm feature. Everytime I disarm my siren makes a loud beep. I use the auto arm feature to turn the alarm on every night and back off every morning. Now the sirens keeps waking me up every morning when it auto disarms. Any way to solve this? Thanks!

Quite ocuard apk... Need to revise... Notifications are unreliable. Often leaving apk also close notification bar, clicking on notification bar open android notification settings instead of ALARM LOG. NEED SOME FIX. Otherwise stylish, unfortunately unreliable.

Trying to reset the app password but no luck, even when I receive the reset code by email, the password still wont reset. I tried to contact the developer but he/she wont reply back. Update: after trying lots of things, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked.

My opinion is that there was an authentication server for the user names and passwords; this server is probably down. I could'nt reach anyone who could fix it.

Is it just me but the app will no longer connect to the panel unless I'm in direct wifi mode. It appears not to connect to the server since the android 10 update. The app also closes when going into sms mode. Please help.

rather than alarm notification, i just get random notifications. i have to force close this app every time or it will send random sensor notifications and keeps yiur phone awake at times. you need better app developers, its really not hard to make a reliable app.

The application works when it installed. After some time it is started saying Network unreachable. The problem reported to the developer company. The problem still exists

This app worked well but when I got a new phone could not get it to work. I need the instruction manual and have not been able to find it. Can not figure out how to connect with developer. I considered this a 5 star app till I changed phones and have no way to get it to work again.

After every update all my settings erases and had to add the sensors and remotes again and again. Why is this happening? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Good system. Having trouble connecting to my Alexa Echo Dot. The Smart Skills (Steward) is asking for a login and password but I dont recall needing one to set up the system originally. Can I get some support to connect to my Alexa please?
