Good software, needs a couple of additions, but otherwise fine. Please add the option to select a range of days when going back over calls. This allows carers to easily record on paper what time they have done. Also, could do with an option to add notes that are viewable by all carers for a service user. This would allow carers to pass on information between them.
The app itself works OK, can take a while to refresh & will attempt to clock you in offline. But it works. Clocking in & out is easy. My only criticism, well more wish/want is that it showed it as a month calendar format, maybe with the days you're booked in to work being a different colour. So at a glance you can tell easily what's going on for the week/month. Having to go to individual days all the time is a pain. But overall, simple, easy to use & great that you have phone no & addresses
since the app updated it takes forever to refresh (which it does constantly), is slower than it was before and seems to use a massive amount of data. Now the app wont sync on a client's medication so I cant end a visit and still takes forever to load and freezes half the time
I have to keep downloading this app as it keep popping up all the time, company said it's my phone. Iv had it checked twice, they say its the app. The old versions was great but the new one is rubbish. There are a couple of other girls this happens to. this app is horrendous it always freezes I've tried updating and it's still the same, I have to use this app for work to log in and out and to check my calls and rota. it's very time consuming for when your waiting 10 minutes for the app to connect
I updated the app because it was slow, and now it's even worse than before. The app freezes all the time takes longer for me to log on to a client, and constantly shuts down. please look into this as this is very time consuming.
It is a great experience. it reminds me all d jobs to bd done, address, phone nos, descrpition of job and how to get to my cllient shows on the App, I love it. It gives me an updates whenever it is necessary, it is easy to operate.
Downloaded the app. Kept freezing, wouldn't allow me to put in log in details. Uninstalled and then 're installed, same issue. Never got past the log in screen. Reported but still not working.
Not working on Samsung S7 since update on 31.10.19. We can not see jobs and clients. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I have even spent hours hard resetting phone. Please sort out urgently.
Overall very good apart from travel time not being linked when there's a small gap between visits, its showing no travel time on pay slip so having to query with work at end of month. Also Wondering if I can use the app on 2 different phones as if battery dies on main phone I would still be able to use on my 2nd phone???
stops every time you open. every function takes 30 seconds to respond. the slowest app i have ever used. Needs a lot of changes.
Starting a new job in caring and need this app but can't get it to even open it crashes Everytime I try to open! Have left feedback a few times and I've reinstalled loads of times
Need an option to disable NFC. This app accesses NFC functionality by default and there is no way to disable this permission unless it's added as an option. I need NFC elsewhere but not with this app. Allow users to disable it within the app itself please.
not working again, I cant even see my rota for next week only two days, and yes I have the most up to date version. a few of us have this issue this week! our boss has contacted you we've had to have our rota emailed so we know what we're doing ...not cannot be tracked for safety or clock in and out and report issues with service users
Keeps freezing. Have to restart phone. Takes to long to load. Takes to long to confirm start. Takes to long to confirm finish. Tag tronics was a much better system
Just got one question does the app need location to work. I tried to use the app from a different location to my normal route and it would not allow me to sign on. Please advice as my agency are unsure too.
The app keeps forced closing. It is causing me great problems in work so much so i am being forced to buy a new phone. All other apps work fine.
Overall a useful app but have had to reload it a few times and then have to re enter company id and authentication code. Would be more useful if I could sign in with a username and password.
very frustrating app very slow often have to close and reopen app before code is accepted sometimes codes don't go through at all all this time spent on app is taken from my clients so no star rating . well had to give one star so I could actually post review
This app won't allow multiple image upload, and will logout even while still making notes, making it difficult and frustrating to use.
always crashing and popping up on my screen. i cant text a message without it coming up or do much in 3seconds it pops up.
The App is too basic, l would ask to include schedule history or work history, that will enable to go back to jobs history, it should be left for the users to delete or not...l will give 5 start when the App is updated...
is a good app to use tells you who the client is, address also is a map, times you start times you finish, who you work with, only problem it freezes from time to time
I cannot get signed in it keeps saying open app again and it's just not loading and I have uninstalled it 7 times in the last 7 days and it's only this app that's not working 🤔
It's ok, I just cant start and finish a visit without having to scan the tags in care plans which can take ages as it says tags cant be read, would be nice to have the button on the app like my colleagues have!
Very bad, the app keeps cashing, freezing, sometimes it takes ages to load... Had problems on my iPhone and still have problems on my P20, hate that my company decided to use this
App won't validate my carer ID even though it is entered correctly. Can't access my rota or anything else because I can't even use the app.
Very slow, flips and stops between screens, takes a long time to log in.
Keeps crashing takes ages to view people's details. Takes to long to view your next client, always loging me out.
The company I work for has recently implemented logging calls and medication electronically. Since doing this I have found that there is constant lag within the app. Logging in can take several minutes which wastes time. I can be pressing the screen and nothing happens. Even if I log in to clients offline, it still lags. Also, sometimes the app times out when I'm in the middle of inputting data. I have to log back in and do it all over again. It's incredibly annoying!
