Useless app.Unable to locate anything. Only applicable for the card. Wish this app doesn't even exist at all.

Not able to click on claims after latest update. Claim icon is overlaps with health tips icon.

Have you ever tried to debug your application before publishing? Sometimes it's a great idea! Or are you aliens with completely different idea of usability? Please, make the app the way that Human could use it. NRIC number scan doesn't work. After entering information, I am at the same place without any information saved. Filled one field, the information from previously filled one became missing.

firstly, I called a few times doctors seems busy, not available. 2nd, instantly doctor called back, can't answer his call when I swiped "Answer" but i can swipe Reject. I tried to call a few times and doctor also called back but was unable to answer but can reject. hopefully, i'm not marked for spamming calls. useless app when I needed this call for my daughter and is not working.

It was quick to connect to a doctor. However my personal contact information always disappeared after enter to the system. Not sure whether doc can obtain my contact number and address from the app. There isn't any live chat available in case have problems like this.

Need to improve on the registration details like D.O.B. There is no options provided to key in the DOB via keypad. Imagine having to scroll back 600 over pages of months/years from the preformatted calendar for senior citizens can be quite daunting & annoying. Not quite SC friendly unfortunately. Decided to uninstall.

The app requires to add credit card details for payment. When I add my card details for payment it does not go through. It requires me to verify my phone number on another platform. It is very inconvenient to use this app.

I'm very very thankful that despite having their system for booking riders down, bad weather or simply just lack of riders, they prioritised the delivery of my asthma inhaler and actually made 17 attempts to deliver it. I got my inhaler and I'm actually going to uninstall other apps now. It was initially slow to get a doctor but, it's totally worth the wait. The doctors are friendly and they actually talk to you on a more personal level.

The doctor is helpful and got personalised WhatsApp text to guide through the process and also adjust the date of delivery and time. The only irritating thing that caused the 1 star - I can't fill up the personal details cos it will log me out of the app after I click saved but the details not saved. Luckily it doesn't affect the consultation process. Good for people who doesn't have flu like symptoms n want to avoid going to clinic. Otherwise, will definitely give 5 stars.

Trying to do a virtual consultation but failed. Selected option "chat with us" waited for 20 min no one to help. Where the message given was "please allow the waiting time up to 5 minutes". Wanted to use my company's ecard, but no option to upload details. Wanted to use credit card to upload payment, says business not in use. It's weird.. Probably this app need more updates.

Smooth personalised experience! App was easy to use. Did not connect immediately to a doctor but was promptly contacted to expect a short 15-30min waiting time. Received personalised WhatsApp texts guiding me through the process from waiting time up to payment. Doctor was warm and friendly. E-receipt costs, meds list and MC were clear. Consultation & meds were paid by company insurance so I only paid $10 delivery as the assigned clinic was far from my home. Would 100% recommend this service!

Don't bother it's the usual trick to get your data and upsell to you but benefits are not provided. Just came from one of their panel clinics and got presented with a $25+ bill for a consultation instead of the advertised $12.84. Oh, Sir this is not covered by the company. Why? Blank stare. I guess because it's a Thursday and full moon.

Prompt, fuss-free consultation. Took all of 5 mins. Good if you already know your ailment and just need meds or an mc, but otherwise, am highly doubtful that the doctors are able to make an accurate diagnosis over a teleconsultation. An interesting approach to healthcare nevertheless.

Stuck in the IC upload section, tried many times but the apps displays my IC is taken already. Just worried about fraudulent practice as we are not supposed to submit any IC nowadays.

Can this app even check the process of the claim? Can't seem to find it so what's the point of making it a personal app when you have to trouble an agent to check? Improve it!!👎🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Im using Samsung Galaxy Fold, today 1st July ive been trying to download several times this app but totally cannot be downloaded.. Whats wrong with this app??!

Fraud. Make payment $10 for nothing. Call for doctors online, no one pick up. Request to call back, didn't call back. Check with online chat support, no replies. Check for nearby clinics, never state any clinics, even I check the whole island of Singapore. This app is a fraud. Please stay away. $10 can do a lot of things. I rather donate it to someone who need it more unlike the creator of this app.

Keeps getting locked out. Have to email to reset to default and start all over again.

I and the avengers were fighting an epic battle against thanos in wakanda when iron man took a lotta damage. I quickly whip out my phone and open CarePlus and contacted a doctor which not only saved iron man's life but made iron man go ultra instinct. Iron man then went on to defeat thanos and saved the world thanks to CarePlus. 3000/10 would recommend.

Can't even open up the apps, download, removed, download few times still the same cant even load. Totally useless

After upload ID it stuck there n the ID number is incorrect. WHAT RUBBISH APPS 😡

Cannot load gp clinic. Keep on showing (Type error: t.map is not a function) lol

can't connect to doc, can't even connect to live chat for help!
