Huge disappointment, was denied a claim to a lab because I didn't have a correct receipt, really? It was a lab for bloodwork, what else am I going to buy there? Obviously it was a medical related item. Now I need to setup a bank account to pay back the amount that was paid, but, the website and the app both say they are unable to verify my bank account and failed to add the account. Tried to call McGriff customer service to get help, they never answered and I gave up after 40 minutes on hold.
This app is down more than it is up. If you ever forget your login or switch phones it's a huge pain to get back into. The forgot password or username never works and always crashes the app. The online website never sends the email for forgotten user name or passwords. The health shopper website and links is a joke. Insanely high prices for garbage. Won't work in stores for most items that should be covered by an HSA. That means you have to pay for it and submit for reimbursement.
I totally love this app. It makes filing a claim so much more easier.

Really, no LastPass integration. By all means make it really hard to maintain strong passwords. You can do better than this.
the app is as worthless as the website. can never log in and have to call customer support everytime i want something as simple as to know my current balance. wasn't even able to log into the app once i downloaded it.
Sometimes it won't let you transfer money to your account tells you, you didn't put in an amount, when you did, it's just not registering. So you have to keep trying it over and over again till it works.
Worst spending account. Receipts needed for everything and when you submit a receipt they want more paperwork. Ridiculous!
Great App. Very easy to use. Stopped submitting via computer due to the ease of application.

Passwords should be able to use more special characters for secutiry. Otherwise, a good app.

No longer compatible with my device. So frustrating. Definitely not going to pay hundreds of dollars for a new phone just because your app has decided it's too good for anyone who doesn't have the latest iPhone. :P
Can't even log in to start
Couldn't even login to damned thing,....
You must change your pin with every log in to gain access. Username and password will get you in. Otherwise it works okay. Pls fix as such an obvious bug indicates careless QA.
Took me six weeks to get into my account, and now the app is asking me to create a passcode, but the page within the app doesnt allow you to bring up the keyboard. Highly recommend having everything set up prior to downloading this app if you hope yo have it work in any capacity.
