It's a bit difficult to navigate. Also, if you display your password to make sure it's right, it soes not disappear when you tap the icon. Basically, it's convenient to display invoices and pay if you haven't already set up an auto pay plan.
In general the app is good and fairly easy but when it comes to trying to find a physician it is extremely difficult! Gets me very anxious and aggravated trying to find a regular doctor much less a specialty doctor!
App rarely even opens. Definitely needs work. As of March 12th, 2022 app still refuses to work. Can't even log in using password or biometrics. March 15th, 2022. With the exception of Biometrics, app now let's me log on and works as it should.
This app really sucks. It doesn't work. I've entered the information *EXACTLY* (Yes, exactly. I've triple-checked it.) as requested, but the registration is still rejected. The bot-answered helpline is just as bad. Where's a human?! As someone else states in their review, it doesn't accept the membership number. It says I haven't provided the correct number of digits. I have! I give up trying and will just uninstall the app. (I don't think they had that in mind with the app or helpline.)
Easy to use app. I don't like having to sign in twice (via app and then taken to site to sign in again)- it's a little annoying. Lately I have been having an issue with redeeming my rewards; whenever I select CareSource Store option the app crashes EVERY time! I also have this issue with the the site.
Cost estimator tool doesn't work at all. Takes forever to log in. Neither biometric or password seems to work.
My experience with the care source app is amazing. So easy to understand. I love it!
Always helpful not too hard to navigate.
App is very buggy...I am trying to find and select a PCP...doesn't allow me to view and select physicians...continuously brings me back to the first dr listed when trying to view. Hard to filter without interruption...my other filters that I assuming the app has preselected. Would love for this to be my main source of contact...
I just downloaded this and logged in. I saw my account information for 1 second, then the screen went completely white and I couldn't see anything or navigate to another screen. Not impressed so far. 2/5 You say it has been fixed, but I still only see a white screen and the app is not usable
I have more than one child to list but the app will only allow one to be entered in. I went through all the hassle of set up and it was for nothing. The app does not allow you to do anything but view a bunch of useless info. A waste of time in my opinion
I updated this app a couple days ago and now I just have the white screen of death. Then it crashes and has to be force closed. What's the point of having this app if I can't use it? it worked just fine before the update. Update March 17, 2019: now when I pay, I have to refresh the page. I'm not even sure if my amount due is correct anymore.
Unable to Log in. Ever since the new update I havtny been able to log in to my account, despite being able to online. It keeps telling me incorrect password/login. I have logged in online to make sure. But same issue on the app every time.
The insurance itself is amazing imo. It's been an absolute lifesaver for me and my children. But the 'Find a Doctor' feature in the app is ridiculous. I use the filters, type in my zip or location and specify "Pediatricians" and "Pediatrics" and what comes up? OB/GYN's, counseling, urologists, dentists, senior care centers, skilled nursing facilities, heart doctors, you name it. It really needs work. It's very inconvenient to have to call, get a list of doctors & call each one instead.
Easy to use mobile app helps keep my cards on hand, and providers at my fingertips!! Love it!
The one thing I wish, maybe I'm missing it, is that I could save dr. To each person as an easy way to track the doctors we are going to or that we like. As well I was having issues where when I clocked on a doctor further down the list it was only showing me the person at the top. It's nice and all but just a few small thing I think could be better.
Promises incentives for certain things and then doesn't pay up when it's time. Two years in a row. I'm switching to united first chance I get.
I can never login... always end up calling customer service. 🙄 frustrating
at one time I loved the app but with the new update came problems. ever since I did the last mandatory update, the app is nothing but a white screen before it crashes totally. I used this on a weekly basis to follow my claims and wish it still worked.
This app is magnificent! It's do easy to navigate, and understand. I recommend this app for anyone who has caresource! You can say goodbye to calling your insurance company, being put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, only to have a terrible experience and receive no help!!
Will not let me make an account to use the app and far as dental coverage goes, worst I've ever seen. Almost no dentist take it.
Love this app. Reminds me of my appointments and adds them to my calender for me. I can easily reschedule or request an appointment! I can easily talk to my doctor directly as well and i have never felt more connected to my doctors. Thank you
Technically functional, but needs work. Many of the tools open an embedded browser window that prompts you to log in again, wasting time.
I like the app but it has some issues with being slow loading and has a few problems with having to continually log back in. Overall it does what it say it will.
App crashes and logs me out every time I try to view an invoice. Sometimes it just won't log me in or if it does it doesn't load anything.
I put this app on my phone so I could pay my bill on the app. The past 2 months (as long as I've had the app) there is an error message saying that I can't pay my bill on the app at this time. So basically, this app is just wasting storage space on my phone....
It won't even let me download the app? I have a Google pixel and running the most recent software. I also can't find my ID card on the website anymore. I'd say if your going to make the ID card only viewable in the app.... Well the app should actually WORK!
The app is fairly useless for seeing what specific services are covered and to find specialists. It only allows you to change PCP and see IF you're covered or not. I know I'm covered, I just want to know chiropractors that are allowed!
I can only enter one person in the household. I'm trying to enter more, but cant figure out how to. I only keep getting purple and grey circles spinning around. This app takes to long to open up. And I still cant figure out how to use it.
The app won't let me check my invoices. Every time I click on show invoice, it closes the app and I have to sign back in. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still won't work.
