Garbage UI design. Doesn't accept underscore, exclamation as special characters, which are standard. And doesn't show what the accepted special characters are. Force changes password, but does not have an option to see the password. Completely irritating UX!
Although I installed the app from Google play store,I can't open it since the app shows up an error message : "app source is unknown,install it from Google play store".
Great app. When compare with commercial and boc, app is reliable and user friendly. ✅ Pay utility 100% ✅ User friendly 100% ✅ Instant 3rd party payments 99% ✅ Customer care 99% ✅ With all those any cargills food city can recharge our Cargills account, that is massive benefit ⛔ Same time you can't both place log inn. New device log inn time out little higher than other apps.
Interface and features are amazing... but the app is automatically closing often. Please rectify the issue..
After the update I can not open the account. it says that there is a critical update but when i click on it there is no update available. Disappointed.
Some options do not work. Reload will not be updated fastly. A very bad app.

This app only shows my savings account but not the credit card account, I informed several times but no solution yet
App is not allowing to make transfers (own account) below LKR100. This is wrong as it's customers money and bank has no right to do so. Even if it's single rupee, it's belong to customer and he/she should be able to decide on which account to keep money.
Cant open the app. it says critical update and directs playstore but no update available. Also cash back loans on FDs not possible even through the website. Pls help.

Not accurate at the moment if you kill the app from the recent apps you can't re log into the app for a while and you can't access it, colour combinations are worst you can't watch it for a long time it makes me headache two times since I'm using it, the arrangement of the service are not pretty decent and some time you can't see your transaction history or your account details it shows blank, as a banking app this should be improve more and should be more customer friendly
