Missed deliveries daily. I've been going online for 8hours per shift and not making more than $45. That's way less than minimum wage, with the added expense of having to use my vehicle. I'm told lots of tasks are processing, but maybe receive one. Was online for 5hours straight the other night with zero requests of any kind. Was making an acceptable living. Now I dont even achieve minimum wage. Im soo disappointed because I love the work and the people.
This app is getting bad. It force closes a lot. Takes a while to load sometimes. I lose deliveries due to errors.
i love that this is a locally supported platform unlike others that are available. Also, i feel the drivers are backed by the company and they are willing to help trouble shoot or solve problems.
Portions of the app are relabeled and adapted from the Lyft app. Lacks functionality that is found in the DoorDash app. It depends too much on manual intervention from CarGO support personnel.
Drivers should be able to leave feedback after seeing the tips from the customer. If Ive brought 2 bags full of food & 8 drinks, for a 3$ after driving across town... But you cant see the earnings until after youve rated the customer.
Still waiting on a response from a supervisor. Still waiting for my info to be reviewed. Ive been waiting so long in fact that my insurance card has since expired. At thia point I'd rather have my info deleted from the database rather than continue to wait for you to get it together. No excuse for the length of time ive waited especially after reaching out to customer service.
I still cannot download the app it still force closes will not let you get past the part where you email us a code a few times after uninstalling and reinstalling it I cannot get past the first code you enter
Application has been stuck on being reviewed. Might be a scam. No contact info anywhere.
app isnt even opening. after last update, I cannot open the app. it "loads" forever.
The over all experience thus far has been great, but there has been a few app issues but all in all I like it.
After last android update the app will no longer allow you to get orders while running in the background.
Simple, easy to use design. But waste of time. Only available in Missouri.
I went to sign up just to find out they are only in 3 cities !! Wasted my time.

After months of sending in info to be a driver I have yet to receive confirmation. Uber and lyft took less than 24 hours

Gets a 1 star due to no activity and no response after applying and 2 month wait and still nothing. No reply and no approval.
I never got the reference code after many times of sending for it.
What a fantastic and fun to use app.
Crashes all the time
There is a deep lack of transparency, accountability, and honesty from the company. It saddens me that I have to say this about a locally owned company, but they have been this way from the start. As a driver, I've suffered numerous times at their lack of competence in maintaining a working app. Make no mistake, you should be heavily warned that this company cares nothing about the worker. You'll be fooled at first. I would suggest going with Uber or Lyft over these folks.

I will start that this is a fantastic company with great service to the springfield community. this review is strictly on the app functionality. unlike other apps (lyft and uber) you need three apps open to use this app. the navigation is not in app. it merely opens up Google map app to navigate. the message device looks like it is in app but it to using your messager app on your phone. it takes a ton of memory and very clunky. I am hoping that they get this app working properly.
