Since the update I cannot choose the food orders correctly. If I add 2 mini combos of popcorn one with water the other coke in the movie theather always shows 2 cokes. You Need to fix that error because we cannot change it in the movie theather.
The new update is garbage... I don't know why they keep changing the app. It just needs to work. It feels like a buggy web page inside an app.
Honestly the update makes it worse. So now you have to chose the type (IMAX,CXC,VIP) Once I do that i cannot see the other posible avaibles showings. Because is divided so i have to restart.
After the latest update, the homepage reloads whenever you click on a movie. So you can't do anything there.
This app is not good at all, I can't fulfill my order because said no enough seats.
I can no longer buy tickets. It gets stuck in error after ticket selection. Before I didn't like the upgrade because it only supported PayPal (which I hate) but at least I could still purchase. Now the app is truly USELESS!!!!! Updates ruined a perfectly great app and turned it into a waste of space on my phone. I haven't deleted it because I keep hoping it will get fixed and I will finally be able to buy tickets again like before. Please fix it!
So the app always worked well enough. I was able to view what movies would be showing. But now there has been an update and it seems like the only cinemas available are in Puerto Rico. I have no access to what is showing locally (Antigua) or any other island. Annoyed. An update is supposed to be an improvement not render the app useless to an extremely large cross section of your customers. Ridiculous.
Non Functional, the new update makes it impossible to hiy tickets.

Other than the terrible app design, the service charge is ridiculous and the app doesn't show discounts that are available when you purchase the tickets in person. There is no reason to use this app if I can just buy the tickets cheaper at the theater.
Prior to the new look and update this app worked great. But now it has been rendered useless. I cannot get the listing for my country St. Kitts. Fyi when you decide to "upgrade" make sure everything works or at least if you intend to launch early, give your customers a timeline as to when everything will be functional. Uninstalling tonight.
It took me as far as to "purchase", but when I selected to do so it just kept rendering. After a long while a pop up announced that the times where being updated. Yet, it never happened. It is a failure.
Was grate! at first. But as soon as I tried to make another purchase looks like the app had a glitch because someone else took the chairs but I ended up paying anyway? I contacted customer support and they told me my payment didn't go through and I showed them a PayPal recit showing 2 acc being charged and the one with $ had non. I even showed bank transactio In the end my tickets and consesion items and never got accredited my money or my tickets +food items. Nor did I get to wach the movie
Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Lucia dont work properly. App crashes and 'Something went wrong' error appears when you select your theater for thise countries, so you can't see sheduled movie times. Old app worked fine
You guys need to update and maintain the app. Every time I try to buy tickets through the app there's an error. The only thing you can do right now is see what movies are playing and the times of each movie in each theater. Nothing more.
App doesn't work with my Galaxy S21, I had to use my work's Iphone to purchase the tickets and food.
The app worked great before now you upgrade it I can't tell what movie is showing when and my city nor country is listed. You just tried to fix something that wasn't broken now you broke it. I will not be reinstalling this app!!!!
Add design is ok, some grammar issues on the language descriptions. There shouldn't be a surcharge. Don't see if the purchases made online count as benefit points. You shoulf be able to see the rewards points also
The app basically needs an update or something. It automatically sings me out when I try to check my ID. And the tickets that I buy don't show up.

No way to buy tickets!! Frustrating, it keeps asking for an updated version, I did Uninstaller and installed it again several times and the glitch continues.
Worst app ever! It is not user friendly when trying to buy tickets. It doesn't even have the cities listed in alphabetical order. A complete mess.
This app used to make sense, and would have showed you what is playing in your area, with this new update, only Puerto Rico theatres are showing ...nothing for the other Caribbean countries... And don't say it is a roll out...you should complete your app development before release...this is not a software update... SMH
Old style was easier, takes a bit to load movie times and theaters, NO weekly playtimes schedules, looks for all theaters with movie you wanna see is a NO good.
The app freezes often. It doesn't give the opportunity to put on your paypal information. Constantly saying error occurd.
Every time I open up the app, a banner for an upcoming even appears. I click it just to see if it takes me to the home page, but it asks me to update the app. I press the update button and it takes me to the Google play store. I uninstall and reinstall the app and the exact same thing happens. There's no way to go to the home page without the update message appearing and doing absolutely nothing.
