The app is good but it's being buggy right now. I can't log in with the fingerprint authentication.

This app makes life a whole alot easier, instead of constantly having to waste time filling out time sheets, and faxing them over, hoping it goes through, which isn't always the case. With a simple click on this app it registers my clock ins and clock outs, without having to worry about all the stuff i mentioned above. So convenient!

The amount of times the app doesn't let me log in is an issue. I didn't think of making a review but developers need to see this. Many times it says "Network Error! Please Try Again!" Even though in reality there is internet and everything on my phone is working well. Please fix this. It's very inconvenient given that if the problem happens on a weekend, I can't contact the coordinator to let them know of the issue since they are off.

Exceptional! Abs love this app it makes the process quick and painless. I have registered with other homecares before and the paperwork was just endless. This app made it quick and easy for the first time I did not have to stress regarding all the paperwork and the staff make it so easy to speak to them. Love this app would recommend everyone to try it

Perfect app. Never crashes and never a hitch. I can now easily clock in and out instead of having to fax over hand written time sheets. I really appreciate the private messenger that allows me to ask quick questions and receive information without having to call. The private messenger puts you in direct contact with your coordinator at all times. There's no better way than utilizing this app for my work.

This app is so much better than actually having to call in and punchin a bunch of numbers. Its easy for me to clock in and out (when the app isn't having technical difficulties). Even so i still have access to my coordinate to adjust my clock in times when something happens with the app. Plus i3ts easy for my mom to sign her signature during clock out times. And it's even faster for me to sign in using my finger print instead of typing in my password every time at clock in.

This app is terrible. It doesn't work half the time, I sometimes spend an entire hour just trying to log in. Nothing you try works (restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache), you just have to wait until their server goes back up or whatever it is that causes the problem.

Good app and convenient but sometimes does not work and will not count your clock in and out. No email of signature. It just takes a photo of your Representative signature and saves to your gallery. But otherwise, good app. Worth using.

The app and the office Personnel on more than helpful they can assist in any matter but you need help with they will also very helpful in the adjusting times and in a meeting with sign-in and sign-out when it was thought possible by my phone due to lack of Internet I can't say any more positive things than that very helpful very cooperative I'm very professional

I work as a CDPAP for a good friend. He is Blind and needs the assistance. This company Caring Professionals, pays well and is easy to punch in and out through their app. Very easy to communicate with them through the app as well on their message board. I think this is a great company for people taking care of a loved ones.

Terrible, takes forever to login and execute every step.

Simple to use app with some minor glitches. Other than that, it's very user friendly and you can see your schedule as well as get in contact with a coordinator.

This app doesn't work sometimes there are times it doesn't allow me to clock in or out, even logging in is a problem it takes several attempts for the app to recognize my info; this app needs to be fixed

This app is a God send. I can communicate with my coordinator and assistants with ease by messaging. I get quick responses without having to call and leave messages. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you for making it easy to care for my loved one.

Works great most of the time. But when the app messes up it really messes up. Its super convenient and easy to use though.

My experince with caring assistants, has been very good and the worker at the agency are very nice people and the coordinators also. All very responables and helpful. God bless you all and God continue to give you the health and strength to continue doing a great job.

TERRIBLE! I have to enter my name and password every single time I go to login. It used to be there for you. Now it never is. The app never works. The worst app ever. I wish I could give it zero Stars. Very AGGRAVATING!

The app works well,but can use more improvements.

They're definitely NOT professional! Never able to get in contact with my coordinator. I'm always calling trying to contact my coordinator and never nothing. Just overall horrible! Will be changing agencies really soon!

I found this app really helpful and makes my job easier. It's easy to do the clock in/out. Easy to get messages and notifications. I really like it.

The app is convenient. However, it does freeze up occasionally. I now change my rating to 2. It freezes more often now.

Why do you need permission from my camera, gallery folder? The app purposes is to clock in and out I will be the first one to sue if you ever violate my privacy. If I don't give you access to my privacy I can't long in to clock in. One of these days I will come after you for going after my privacy.

Working at caring professionals has really been a nice experience and I'm glad I joined them. The caseworkers our staff are always so helpful and professional I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the best apps to use for work and contacting my supervisors, super easy to use even if your not technically savvy.

Started off bumpy but now working as intended, aside from signing in and out, it keeps track of your schedule and allows you to send signatures. You can also communicate with your coordinator

My experience is great..my coordinater ms Morales takes the time to ask if I need anything for myself as well as my client..the app is simple and easy to use
