if you use the service, you've no choice but to use the app. that said the showing other providers' cars also is great goodwill move and makes it more likely that well use this app exclusively. the shutdown process is very sluggish, damage reporting inconvenient, and parking-but-continuing the rental had never worked for me. there are no keys in the cars, and no oboard software component, so the whole system over-relies on the app. battery failure or loss of signal would be catastrophic.
One of the worst user experience ever. First car was actually out of battery but still available to reserve. Second car was actually not where it was supposed to be. 35 mins running around. Call customer service. Nothing. Finally took a Uber after one-hour on the phone and no car !
I'm using several car sharing services and with this app, I have them all in one place. Reservations and rentals work like a charm. This is one of the most useful apps on my phone.
App became useless. The big providers like share now and Tier don't show up on the map. Support does not reply after 2 weeks of waiting. Uninstalled.
Only good experiences so far. Edit: Couldn't lock vehicle after parking it. Had to call Hotline (emmy). Sent Bugreport.
Couldn't register due to awfully non-working document scan instrument. Same never happend in other apps.
Hi, in my town of Vienna there are a few providers missing: *Bird, Tier and Lime started renting out scooters recently *OEAMTC Easy Way and GoUrban are moped sharing services like sco2t *City Bike stations are also not available on the map for some reason
I wouldn't say "so far, so good" but "so far, so excellent." Transparent rates, clean cars, excellent customer service.
needed self-rental car solution so much ! don't always detect the map...please deploy the zone. Paris has enough transport.

Very useful app, but it still lacks a lot of services in Madrid.

The app doesn't automatically scan the ID.

The "evolved" app doesn't do anything I want and the old app (this one) has become useless.
Unreasonably limited service area, even in the city center of Frankfurt. (Eg. Eurotower is not covered) 0 support

Note to android developers: Assume you were born in 1970... see how long ot takes you to select your Date of birth in the sign up process. I wonder how this escaped your attention.
Wouldn't recognize a driving license

I scanned ID and (old) driving license; did the entire registration online. Tried to book a car just after, but account was not activated. A simple call to the hotline solved the issue and we could use the cars straight after this. Extremely simple. clean cars. Very satisfied with the experience.
