I have never used this App but I understand its very helpful in resolving certain phone dysfunctional problems remotely. This couybe fantastic for me amd others as one doesn't need to travel to a phone expert. Life is a cost, let us try to cut these costs.

I've not used Carlcare services but my experience with them was very prompt on your sides. They called severally to ensure that I kept my appointment with them. For me, that is where services to others starts. One who is not ready and doesn't know of his ability to perform his duty, will will not want to keep an appointment, not to talk of promptly. 🙏 Thanks.

Carlcare is a good organization that helps people in resolving their phones problems,i have been a par taker of its free service before because my new phone was malfunctioning and i complained to carlcare and it was fixed free of charge,i think this app deserves a 5 star from jare

Not bad at all. But phone repair reservation date isn't functional. And if that is the case then that function is a scheme. But you doing good.

The most frustating service i've ever had. They aren't even aware themselves if the service centers are opened or closed. I had to go miles in scorching heat just to find out that the service center was closed on that day. Despite the fact that customer helpline confirmed that it will be opened. Very pathetic service.

Extremely wasteful and useless service. Parts are useless and the installers are completely unprofessional. I installed a mobile panel and they spent a month in it. Even after that there was a spot in the panel. Not at all satisfied

I've been trying to use the contact us feature for a while now... No matter how much I tap on it,I don't it doesn't work. I've tried updating the app, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app the result is still the same... And I'm a new user. Also,the available stores need to be updated,I made a reservation in the app, only to go there and discover that the store no longer exists

I took a new phone there thats under guaranty. Just 4days old, it's been two weeks and they are yet to give me a feedback. Is that how long your services take. I'm not impressed

The UI is just bad, it's laggy and not easy to know The customer service is okay, though it should've more options And the intro ads are outdated. 2.5/5, but let's just make it 3/5 since it has fast agents which is the essence of the app

I'm trying to recharge my balance from this app but there is error that chose operator name and disappointingly there is no option for chose operator. Please fix this issue.

Texts are still encoded(you can't read posts: not english) You also can't make a post or prediction as it always say: login failure for months now even while I m logged in. It's sad and Painful

After updating the app, it keep sending an error message, 'unable to access server'. Also I was unable to book a reservation to change my phone screen.

I feel it's the best Idea that companies have decided to merge and actually coming up with an online store for repairs.It is also locally available close to you.WoW......

At first I thought they were the best,until they used fake screen on my phone,I can't even operate my phone under sun,started opening side by side gradually 😢 bad experience I swear 🙅

Recently I keep getting feedback of 'request to server failed' when I try to access the menu's in the app.

Truly I have never enjoyed using this app but I have got hope that it helps in providing spares and repairing of phones

Disappointed with service and infinix mobile. No spare parts available they will first evaluate and then call you for reapair after one or two days.not happy with the time consuming process and I will never suggest anyone for infinix mobile coz all service center are providing THIRD PARTY services. After sales service of INFINIX MOBILE is very bad.

Every time when I open the app, the app will be server error! Too many problems in the app there was no any solutions. I think the app only here is it's show.

Wow it is an amazing apps But when you recommend us to uplload a new version p/s we need enough information about it in detail wether it's use ful ess orbad ess

This is my first time to use this app. I just hear that there is certain period when I can service my phone for free at carlcare centres. I still ask myself how will I know that I am still within the period of free service

Their services are excellent and totally took 10 to 15 mins to resolve your any problem. Best service I ever had

After updating to the latest version, I can't access any option again am always getting a server error

Although I don't know how it works but I know that it insures smooth and smart running of phone

From getting new gadgets, finding old original parts to fixing issues, the Carlcare app is the ultimate one-stop shop. I was able to register on the app, reserve a slot and speak with a customer care representative before heading to their office. My phone was fixed in no time, and as a bonus for being a first time user, I got a new charger for almost nothing. I love this app and will be using it much more often

The app helps in looking for help when the phone is to be repaired

My experience with Carlcare is not a good one. I understand there are always exceptions but you guys can do better. Came for repair, left with a broken phone...

The agent in the chat feature is not that helpful but the service on site with technician is very fast. They were able to resolve the issue immediately.
